Booked for 4 nights over London Marathon Weekend. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting out and about. West End walkable too. Lots of eateries, coffee shops and local supermarkets to purchase provisions too. Staff were very friendly too.

Could have been better - small tweaks needed. Positives: really lovely friendly staff. Great having all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc). Really well stocked with kitchen equipment etc. Plenty of space and able to work as well as relax. Good location, convenient for tube, local shops restaurants etc. Minus - do not stay in rooms 103, 104, 105. These are directly above a pub and very noisy. Took me a couple of nights to realise the noise was coming from below my room not noisy neighbours. Pub does close at 11 which is a blessing. Sash windows and no double glazing. Noise from the street travels. Couldn’t work out the radio - no instructions and display appeared to be in German! TV can’t be viewed from the bed (there is a sofa though). TV only lets you cast another device. Took a bit of working out. Temperature control in the room is ineffective. The bathroom and corridors out side of the rooms are unbelievably hot. I would not stay here between may - sept for fear of heatstroke. In summary, I would return but only in cooler months and only if I could avoid rooms 103-105 (and any others above the pub).

We loved our stay here! Staff were fabulous! Warm and welcoming! Want to say a particular thank you to Samantha and Mirella! Close to Chancery Lane tube station. A Sainsbury grocery store very close. We loved the Marks and Spencer grocery store just a wee further (not far from chancery lane tube on high holborn. Room comfortable, bathroom a good size for 1, shower spacious. Needed help figuring out washer/dryer but staff helpful!

Good place to stay if you need an apartment type hotel. Friendly staff and good facilities.

We made this aparthotel home for 7 nights in late June. It met every expectation. We had an executive suite with terrace. Plenty of space for 2. The bed was ultra comfy and the blackout drapes made for a solid night of sleep after seeing the sights. The staff was always friendly and available. Twice we needed their help with tue washer/dryer and they came up to help us quickly. The kitchen had all we needed and more. Within a 5 min walk you’ve got grocery stores, pubs, pharmacies, and a tube station. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood. We will be back! Yea decor was impeccable! The studio was clean. We could not have hoped for more; it was perfect!

This hotel is very well located, with easy access to Lincoln's Inn Fields. It is furnished well and the staff are extremely friendly. My only comment is that now that the weather is getting warm, they need much better/cooler air conditioning!

Hotel was perfect - easy walk to the Tube as well as many of the best sights in London. Helpful front desk staff who assisted with recommendations as well as minor items (i.e., scanning and printing) - would especially recommend Mark and Mirela for their outstanding service. Would stay here again - lots of nice touches.

I was staying for 4 nights for work because of the convenient location. Somehow I managed to book the wrong week but Emmanuel on reception quickly changed the dates for no extra charge. He was charming. The room itself was spacious and well designed. I particularly loved the lighting. A great stay thank you!

Stayed in December. Booking directly was very easy, and the booking office staff (Antonia) specially was very helpful. Got the room 110. Check in process very fast, and the front desk staff was very nice. The hotel has lift, making easy to get your luggage to the room. The room was big considering this is London, very clean and fresh looking! Very central, near the metro , 15 min walking to coven garden. the best place to stay in London, and coming back again in a few weeks.
