블루프린트 아파트먼츠 - 턴밀 스트리트(Blueprint Living Apartments -Turnmill Street)

숙소는 Farringdon 역과 여러 버스 정류장에서 가까운 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 근처에 식료품점도 있었고 관광객을 위한 장소도 많았습니다. 그러나 하루를 보낸 후 아파트로 돌아온 첫날 저녁에 온통 개미를 발견했습니다. 아파트 관리인이 48시간 동안 이에 대한 전화나 이메일에 응답하지 않았기 때문에 살충제를 구입하고 스스로 문제가 있는지 확인해야 했습니다.

Excellent value for such a central location. Very easy check-in. Place had everything we needed for our stay and was very well cleaned. Couple of notes: (i) sheets / bedding was cleaned so intensely I had a skin reaction to it when sleeping in the bed. (ii) Cleaner banged on the door at 8AM on day of check out when check out was at 10AM. (iii) Street is noisy fairly early on. Other than that, very pleasant.

The only good thing about the apartment is location. The house keeping service is poor. Our check out experience was very poor. We were informed at 9.30 am that we need to check out at 10 am. We checked out at 10.10 am. The staff threatened us with police action at 10.05 am if the apartment is not vacated immediately. Seems the owners have forgotten they run a hospitality chain. Avoid

I had booked four apartments here. We were allocated apartment numbers 9, 10, 11 and 12. We chose apartment 10 as it was the nicest for the person staying the longest (x5 nights). Our other guests were only staying for two nights. Initially I was told that I could not have this room for the guest staying for 5 nights, as their computer system generated room allocations and it had allocated a different apartment. This was absolutely ridiculous. No future guest had specified that they wanted apartment 10 so there was absolutely no reason why it couldn't be used by us for our guest staying for 5 nights rather than a different room. The reception finally agreed and specifically told me "yes, don't worry it's all sorted now, your guest can stay in apartment 10 for the full 5 nights". Then the day after checking into that room and unpacking all her clothing and other items, our guest was asked to MOVE. Unbelievable. Despite being assured that everything was okay. They are liars. When we tried to call them back all that morning they were obviously screening our calls and would not pick up the phone. We have used this apartments before and had issues with them. This was their second chance. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are hopelessly organised and do not provide any kind of service. The apartments are fine within themselves (although we had to ring about the lights not working) so if you want to risk it go ahead but all the other poor reviews on this site are accurate and reflect the other issues we have had with this organisation the last time we used them.

The customer service support was terrible during the day. They provided no support at all and never meet my service request during my stay.

Please be aware that you need to check in quite a distance from the apartment at 99 Mansel Street. This is a taxi ride or underground and could be a big problem if you have luggage. When I arrived to check in they did not have my reservation and no apartments available. Eventually, I was offered an apartment at my preferred location so all was well. The apartment itself is great and in a fab location. so all was well in the end.

We were booked to stay at the Doughty Street property and were told when booking someone would meet us at the property with the keys. On arrival at the property there was no one insight, I rang and was told I would have to travel across London to get the keys. This was not advertised when I booked and I couldn’t get there, the man on the phone explained this was an ongoing problem and he would issue a refund. Surprise, surprise no refund appeared and I had to continually ring the company. They often were rude. ignored my calls or left me on hold indefinitely. Absolute scammers! Please avoid this company at all costs!

I had to check out on a Sunday at 11 am, but they were knocking at my door at 8 am!
