i booked a room for 4 people and travelled from NZ, half an hour before we were due to check they told us there was some damage in the room and they be putting us all in one room and expected us to be satisfied with that. it was the most stressful experience ive ever had dealing with unprofessional people that werent willing to help, im told they do this all the time take the money and book a larger room when theres non available and then cancel the booking last minute and down grade. They didnt even offer a refund or anything Do yourself a favour and do not book with them its a waste of money and time - as we had to run around trying to find accomodation last minute. I dont even know how they are still in business
