클로버 코트 아파트는 런던에서 단기 또는 장기 체류에 적합합니다. 기차역, 상점, 아름다운 주변 환경과 가까워서 위치가 환상적입니다. 아파트는 편의 시설이 가득해서 마치 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 리셉셔니스트는 찾을 수 있는 최고의 사람들입니다. 친절하고 모든 면에서 도움이 됩니다. 아무런 경고 없이 체류 기간을 연장해야 했고 고객 서비스는 매우 친절했습니다. 두 번째 생각 없이 다시 예약할 것입니다.

우리는 우리가 일하는 사무실 맞은편에 이틀 동안 방 2개짜리 아파트를 예약했습니다. 아파트는 깨끗하고 편리했으며 훌륭한 시설을 갖추고 있어 매우 안전했습니다. 유일한 약간의 단점은 비접촉식 체크인으로 광고되는 예약이 진행 중이라는 것인데, 도착 시 리셉션 직원과 함께 완료해야 합니다. 그래도 그들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

Lovely Apartment BAD MANAGEMENT TEAM. I had a booking into this property which offers 24/7 services desk actually that promotes to provide it with as it wasn't my case when I arrived at the property I called. Nobody answered so I had to take all my guests that have been travelling for their shows in different countries to my apartment where I had to sleep on the sofa. I apologised and the next day I managed to check in. During my stay, I did take care of the house and left the house in good condition. On the following working day, I raised the incident and they apologised and decided to refund me one day that I hadn't spent at the property, the refund takes 7-10 working days which I understood and never rushed as I understand the Industry, on the 11th working day when I called back that's when they remembered to run me my refund which is something unacceptable even though I am the one who was affected by not being able to access to the property and losing my reputation with my artists as I have contract signed which includes providing accommodation. When questioning the person in charge why the refund wasn't processed on the day that they accepted the answer given was "I am busy and your refund is not the only refund" This answer has been given to me by your Senior Global Guest Relation Executive. Having someone in his position with a lack of understanding of guest experience is unbelievable. Now I need to wait another 15 working days to get my refund, I could have left a bad review after my stay which I didn't have I did like the people who checked me in and the apartment and I understand that not all the people are to blame but unfortunately after going through what I went through I had to leave this review and I hope none of your future guests has to go through what I went through.

No big issues with the apartment, really. I rated 4 out of 5 because the apartment was a bit worn down. Could need a renovation and AC to be a 5. But very happy getting the penthouse (13th floor), with balcony. Great view. 24/7 concierge is plus.

I recently stayed at Cover Court and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Over time, this short-stay apartment has steadily declined in quality and cleanliness, making it far from ideal, especially for families with children. One of the major issues is the apartment's cleaning policy. If your stay is less than nine days, there is no cleaning service provided. Furthermore, no equipment or supplies are offered for guests to clean the apartment themselves. This policy results in an increasingly untidy and unhygienic living space, which is particularly problematic for families who need a clean and safe environment for their kids. During our stay, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly maintained. The rugs were stained, the walls as well and the overall atmosphere felt unkempt It's disheartening to see what was once a promising and comfortable accommodation option fall into such a state. The management needs to urgently address these cleanliness and maintenance issues to prevent further decline and to ensure guest satisfaction. Until these problems are resolved, I would advise potential guests, especially those traveling with children, to look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.

Sono stata fortunatissima a trovare un alloggio in questo complesso, dopo che l'appartamento prenotato da mesi ha cancellato la prenotazione il giorno prima della partenza. L'appartamento è davvero grande e nuovissimo, con due camere da letto e due bagni, un grande soggiorno con cucina attrezzata e due ripostigli, il tutto estremamente pulito e accogliente. Uniche pecche, non c'è caffè, tè o zucchero e sale e non si possono lasciare i bagagli, ma per il resto tutto perfetto. La fermata della Elisabeth Line dista una quindicina di minuti a piedi.

Soggiorno in famiglia a fine agosto 2024. Appartamento accogliente grande e molto luminoso. Pulito e ben attrezzato, presente anche il phono! Rilevata una cera rigidità nel check-in perché prima dell’ora indicata non è possibile lasciare neanche i bagagli. La struttura è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Nelle vicinanze presenti diversi super market e ristoranti . Zona tranquilla. Alla reception la differenza la fa la paziente presenza di Fernando sempre disponibile a fornire notizie e suggerimenti utili per rendere piacevole il soggiorno.
