I won’t come back to this hotel again. The location is too far from city center and I am very disappointed about their service. our room card was not working and we went back to the reception to ask for help. The staff treated us as a ******, didn’t try to do anything and told us to try again by ourselves multiple times (while being very irritated) eventually, she realized she wrote down the wrong room number for us. It is ok sometimes there are some mistakes but the way how staff solve the problem really should be improved. When the customer meet a problem, we wish to see the staff can try their best to help rather than just let customer deal with it by themselves and think they are stupid.
