I really enjoyed my stay at this delightful guest house. It was conveniently located for my trip at a fair price and the accommodation was welcoming and comfortable. My room was spacious, with en-suite, and a very comfortable bed! The host is interesting, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast around the communal table with a couple of other guests was really enjoyable, as was the breakfast itself! I have already booked to return there in May.

Having attended a concert at the Royal Albert Hall we found several roads have been closed overnight meaning that our arrival would be delayed. We contacted Hazel. She was very helpful and gave us a warm reception despite not arriving until almost 23:30. We found Hazel to be very flexible on the time we requested breakfast. A very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast.

A fantastic pre London Marathon stay! Hazel was fantastic and made me feel extremely welcome. A lovely carb filled evening meal had me well and truly fuelled up for my Marathon challenge. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Infact, I could well have been staying in the countryside! The house was full of character and host Hazel very welcoming. I definitely would recommend Grove Guest House.

I had a wonderful stay at Grove Guest House which is full of character and conveniently located near Forest Gate station on the Elizabeth tube line. The host Hazel was very kind and hospitable. I enjoyed a quiet room, very comfortable bed and delicous English breakfast. Looking forward to me next stay when next in London!

This is a Victorian home with all the character you would associate with an older home. Hazel is a wondeful host and has many interesting stories. It is on a quiet street close to the Elizabeth Line line and several bus stops. The breakfast was excellent.

I regularly travel to London for business, Grove House Guest House is my favourite place to stay. Far more personal than a hotel, the owner Hazel makes it a real home from home. Not only is it comfortable and welcoming, but very close to the Elizabeth line, pubs and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet street.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Grove Guest House. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The host is a very kind lady who takes care of everything and looks after you really well. The place is within easy reach. I recommend staying here.

In December 2023 to January 2024 I made my fourth extended stay in the charming Grove Guest House. As always Hazel made me feel very welcome and was very accommodating of my needs as an elderly traveler. I always feel right at home staying with Hazel when I come each year to visit my family in London. Throughout the year I follow from afar the activities of the vibrant local arts community that Hazel supports with art activities and sessions, and I delight in seeing their creations in person when I come to London and stay at the guest house. At the heart of such a community and with easy links to central London and the airport it's a fabulous place to be based as a solo traveler.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hazel’s.. as always..my favourite in London. Highly recommends if you re looking for a familiar and cozy stay..in which have a good breakfast and talk with her and other guests..very easy to reach.. close to Forest Gate station of Elizabeth line. Very comfortable for Stratford and livrerpool street
