My son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we both had the same feeling as we returned home. Thank you guys you are amazing! The doormen and concierge were especially helpful, giving great advice about football match. Highly recommend this place.

Good loacation. Nearby shopping center we can walk around for sight seeing.

We have visited many top class hotels for Afternoon Tea in London. The service at the Marriott was second to none as was the food provided. Manzul who prepared the afternoon tea, came and spoke with us as did the Executive Chef Franky, a very personal touch which we appreciated. We must say a very big thankyou to all the Dining room staff and other personel we met, including the Doorman. We really did had a wonderful afternoon and will visit again when next in London.

We had an excellent afternoon tea celebrating Mother’s Day! The atmosphere and food were lovely. Vivian, our waiter, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with excellent recommendations and service. As he was so friendly our experience was made even more special. Thank you!

We booked afternoon tea with a gift experience voucher based on the menu. We were looked after incredibly well by Vivian, who shared his knowledge and expertise and treated us like VIPs. At the end he found out my birthday was the following day and went and got the chef to make me an extra birthday treat, and even brining Chef Manzur out to wish me many happy returns. The tea selection was varied and we could have as much as we like. Watching the flowers ‘bloom’ inside the pot was lovely. The savouries were really tasty and the parties had a theme following the late Queen Elizabeth, which was nostalgic and very sweet. I can highly recommend tea here. Vivian knows his stuff and treats you as though you’re the only important guests in the world, thank you for making the day so special!

I visited The Marriott Hotel for afternoon tea with my daughter and we both had an amazing experience. Our server, Vivian, was exceptional and made our afternoon delightful. He was extremely attentive, we never had to wait for anything despite him serving other tables. His personal touch was very much appreciated. The food was amazing - the design of everything was extremely clever and so well executed. The flavours were outstanding. The teas that were recommended for flavour pairing were really tasty and beautifully served. We sat for 2 hours eating and talking and never once felt that we were holding anything up.
