非常不錯，酒店設施也好，但是就是卡老是刷不成功，上上下下跑了很多次然後讓卡reprogram了大概三次才成功刷開房門

The room was comfortable & clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff helpful & pleasant.
It’s quite near the tourist area of The Tower of London etc & I was there to visit Tower Hill Memorial
of Mercantile losses @ sea are honoured from both World Wars.

Outside train traffic noises Didn’t sleep the whole night due to noise, asked for change of room but receptionist didn’t help me saying no room is available now and unfortunately you have to stay in this noisy room

Couldn't fault this Travelodge at all. Very friendly, happy, welcoming, helpful staff. Quick check in/out. Good size shower room and bedroom, comfortable bed, clean white bedding and towels, tea, coffee, sugar, milk in the room with kettle. There was a separate bin for recycling which was excellent, very impressed. Will certainly return. Thanks to all staff there. Specially #Tulshi and #Rhi .

Best place for staycation. Very well maintained. Everything in the room was well organised. Friendly staff. Breakfast served in the morning was nice too.Tulsi in the reception was really helpful. Was very easy to check in and out. Very near to tube station.

I'm not going to lie, it's not the best Travelodge I've stayed in but not the worst either. As has been mentioned elsewhere on here, the decor's looking a little tired and the noise from trains is a bit of an issue. That said, it was clean and functional and on a brighter note the duty manager Rhianna was very friendly and helpful. Good that they had a working kitchen with vegan options and the breakfast was good.

Tulasi was helpful.she welcome us with smile.Love to say quite stay and lovely staff . Always love to stay here. The food was really good and the rooms are clean and tidy. We went to London for visit with family and friends and we really had a good stay at travelodge

This is a fantastic hotel and amazing service from all staff. The assistant manager Rhiannon is so polite very chatty bubbly easy to speak to had an amazing stay. Will be visting again soon. The hotel had a good range of breakfast dinner and bar service.
