Well it was very different to what I thought and unless I missed it, we had a communal bathroom, shower and toilet which I did not expect. It was clean but I wouldn’t stay as a couple. Parking is a nigh**are and I got a ticket even though I moved my car twice but you only have 1 hour parking during the day mon-Saturday

The place is clean and has big hall and kitchen. But it is very noisy area. You can hear everything happening on the streets . You can hear people talking on the street from the room. Also it is common bathroom for all 4 rooms. ******* never listed like this. Also if the person in the other talks little louder you can hear. I would not recommend this for families or couples who are looking for safety

Unique: Great difficulty in entering the property- apparently an e-mail was sent to us on the morning of our departure from our HOME - after we had left. We do not have access to e-mail other than at OUR home. When booking this was not made clear! Luckily a neighbour in STUDD Road came to our rescue. She was very helpful and contacted the ?owner/person in charge whosoever.Even if we had seen the e-mail with the entry details/codes etc it would have been difficult to enter due to the sensitivity of the apparatus on the door.-----NOW aside from that little matter we had an enjoyable stay- we were able to laugh about it afterwards. The property itself is indeed 'UNIQUE'- so we would probably stay there again if visiting the area.

It was quite difficult to spot the entrance as it is just a normal door on the street, no indication that this is the apar**ent entrance. A sign would be helpful. Code didn't work on arrival, which was quite annoying. As it took 2 phone calls and about 10 minutes stood in the rain, before I could get in. Only electronic locks, no physical deadlock on the room door, therefore not great for solo travellers as doesn't feel 100% secure. No hot water in the shower in the morning, messed around for ages, got hot water out the bathroom sink, but the shower was still cold. Really not good for how much this cost.

I had a really good 2 night stay here. Room was very big, with kitchenette at far end. Comfortable and clean. Quiet street for London. Excellent bars/bistros just round the corner.

Great location for me, reasonable priced. Stayed several times already so familiar with entry procedure (no check in, you need to send ID, they sent link for security deposit, you complete, then they reply with entry codes). Clean and nice to see they keep reinvesting and updating. Staying in the exec studio suite as self contained with own bathroom. Good facilities, friendly service.

Good location for where I need to be

The hotel is in good location to where I wanted to be. Gaining access was slightly different as there was no reception, I had to call for a code. It was reasonably good value for money. The room was cold however a heater was provided, the bathroom was cold.

Staff had sent a text while i drove the 5 hours 2 the property. As i had not seen it. It was to send photo id then he would give me the codes to the building. No sign outdide just a house in a street, knocked and rang the bells manh times, eventually a young man answered. He kept us at the door stating i should of responded 2 the message. He was rude when i explained my situation of driving for 5 hours and did not get the message until now outside. Finally in the building we was on the top floor, spiral narrow stairs and no private bathroom as stated on their website. The bed was low wooden with splinters coming away from the woodwork. Spent 2 nights there, area was great. The property was clean, the male staff watched us leave in the morning. Never wished us well or how was ur stay etc. My husband is disabled so this property did not meet his needs. Would not recomend it. If they want your ID they should send it a few days before your stay.
