정말 매우 친절하고 열심히 일하는 직원(거의 너무 많이) 깨끗한 지역... 하지만 어째서인지 우리는 아닙니다. 작은 바닷물 수영장은 다과가 아니었고 안락 의자는 비실용적으로 배치되었습니다. 그늘에 누워있을 수 없습니다. 우리는 콘크리트에 더 둘러싸여 있다고 느꼈습니다. 더 많은 식물로 신속하게 해결할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋습니다. 왕성한 버전이 과염 된 것을 제외하고. 욕실에 식수가 있는 물탱크와 자전거가 포함되어 있습니다. 올바른 자전거만 있으면 어디든 정말 빨리 갈 수 있습니다. 일부 리조트에는 훨씬 더 나은 자전거가 있습니다(더 큰 타이어와 더 잘 관리됨). 모래가 울퉁불퉁한 슬로프만 있기 때문에 필요합니다. 그렇지 않으면 거의 진전이 없습니다. 자전거로 해변까지 최단거리 연결(4분) 훌륭합니다! 매우 조용합니다. 우리는 항상 리조트의 해변 의자를 사용했습니다. 항상 무료였지만 당연히 무언가를 주문해야 합니다. 모두에게 유리한 상황. 가격은 매우 저렴했습니다. 우리는 스노클링을 정말 즐겼고(암초 신발 없이는 할 수 없습니다!) 그냥 해변에 누워 그늘에서 태양을 즐겼습니다 :-P. 우리는 마지막으로 Utara에 있었습니다. 하지만 너무 비싸고 시스템에 재능이 부족했습니다. 그러나 위치는 훌륭합니다! 메인 산책로까지 자전거로 5~7분이면 시끌벅적한 소음이 들리지 않을 정도의 거리!

우리는 10 월에 2 박 동안 여기에 머물 렀으므로 리조트는 다른 2 개의 객실 만 예약되어 매우 조용했습니다. 방은 매우 크고 멋지게 보입니다. 야외 샤워 공간은 경험을 추가합니다. 방에 대한 단점은 좋지 않은 조명이었습니다. 수영장은 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 거기에서 맛있는 점심을 먹었지만, 거기의 메뉴에 우유 쉐이크 맛의 일부는 가지고 있지 않았다. 다른 사람이 거의 없었기 때문에 이것은 이상하게 보였습니다. 전반적으로 매우 편안하고 즐거운 숙박입니다. 도보 거리가 아니기 때문에 위치가 최고가 아니며 밤에는 낮에 실제로 큰 소리로 노래하는 사람들이 있습니다.

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!

By now you’ve probably looked at reviews and all the stunning online photos—as we did. And you’re probably imagining a lush, beautiful, active lifestyle boutique resort with healthy Ayurvedic food, surf beaches lapping the shore and a yoga studio. This image couldn’t be more wrong. Picture instead a bus stop from the 1960’s on the side of a disused road. This is the feel of the entry restaurant that sits atop a largely arid hillside with none of the lovely plants pictured on the site. There were a couple of palm trees over dying grass, concrete and sand. The photos are so far from the reality that we thought the place was abandoned long ago—and perhaps taken over by squatters who thought they could make a fast buck. We were honestly frightened by what might happen next. While it does indeed seem to be a hotel, the photos and descriptions are so far from reality that we walked around in a stupor trying to sort out the cognitive dissonance. Could it be that the resort that constantly touts itself as a yoga surf resort might have neither yoga nor surf? Not even a real beach? No….couldn’t be. Right? The owner kept asking us what we expected to find and the truth was that the photos were so far from reality that it was hard to even know where to begin. We said we expected a private beach-so he pointed to a fabricated sandy area roughly the side of two kids sandboxes with a metal fence around it. We expected five surf beaches—instead there isn’t any sandy beach at all and the surf spots are accessed by boat for a few. We expected yoga—he assured us there is yoga (though it’s hard to see where he could be hiding it) and other reviewers say the yoga consists of a mat and a spot to practice on your own. We expected plants and trees and a hang out area by the pool. Instead the large pool was empty and the little ones were so full of algae that I wondered whether the “EcoResort” was gathering carbon credits off the green pool growth. It’s a very good thing that we didn’t pay in advance, since we were able to pay only a day’s rate and leave quickly. But the place is so remote that we literally lost five hours of vacation getting there, touring it and getting back to where we started. Not to mention enough money that we could have stayed at a luxury hotel on the island for the amount we tossed away in a rush to leave. The owner was kind enough to offer us tea and let us use his wifi to find another hotel—a kindness we very much appreciated—but our anger grew when we finally settled at a lovely hotel and compared our photos with the ones online. What an utter misrepresentation. We’re uploading the photos here—the one with sand under the shadow of a palm tree and a metal fence—THAT is the beach. We both nearly died laughing when he pointed it out, but the owner was clearly upset and we were just trying to get out without a massive conflict. 벤 (주인)은 항상 친절하고 전문적이었고 항상 우리를 도와 환영한다고 느끼게했습니다. 방은 매우 좋았고 침대는 훌륭하고 편안했습니다. 샤워기에 온수가 없었지만 저를 믿으십시오. 저기 온수가 필요하지 않습니다 :) 아침 식사는 맛있었고 가장 맛있는 단백질 쉐이크가 있습니다! 나는 그들이 사이트에 체육관을 가지고있는 유일한 사람이라고 생각합니다. 섬에서 다른 것을 보지 못했습니다. 위치는 항구에서 불과 몇 미터, 거북이 지점까지 약 400m입니다. 수영장은 크고 깊으며 해변 하루를 보낸 후 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다! Im이 길리로 돌아 왔을 때 다시 Tropica를 선택할 것입니다 :)
