非常好，是這次歐洲行住過的最好的酒店 房間大，乾淨 前台都非常的friendly和helpful，微笑，禮貌 早餐種類多，好吃，是這次歐洲行所有酒店裡最好吃的

Kompetentna obsługa w recepcji. Umiejscowienie hotelu idealne do zwiedzania, obok przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe. Czyściutko. Klimatyzacja działa cicho, dla mnie plusem jest możliwość otwarcia/ uchylenia okna. Śniadania Ok .Ogólnie oceniam hotel na 5

Хороший отель, рядом с пешеходной улицей. Всё чисто и комфортно. Рекомендую.

跟國內的假日酒店一樣 早餐尤其好

Very solid hotel. Location is south of the main street Petrakowska, but you can find restaurants in this area too. The hotel is very clean, room are soundproofed, it has a gym and a sauna, in addition of a large parking in the back, as you will need a car if you stay here anyway. Rooms are soundproofed, and mine a very clean, they upgraded me to the 6th floor (#603), there is no coffee machines like in most 4 stars today, but it was equipped with a bathtub. These executive rooms on 6 and 7th floor are larger than the regular ones, perhaps 28sqm, nothing fancy. The pillows are neck breaking, and when I stayed there, I saw no other customer (none !) In the venue. Breakfast was OK, within the holiday inn range of goods & quality

Wouldn't usually choose a chain hotel, but booked as part of a family trip. What a surprise. Lovely hotel, good rooms, super comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could want and so easy to eat naturally gluten and dairy free. You could order your eggs as preferred. Excellent staff. They warmed up the sauna when we asked. Nice small gym too with machines and free weights. Safe parking too.

Clean, warm and everything we needed in room for 3 night stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast options. Second time we have used. Only adverse comment is location is not near dining options such as Manufaktura. Secure parking is 50PLN per 24hrs. Would use again but car advised for this location.

3 night stay with two other couples. Rooms clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Second time we have used and would definitely use again. Well located on Piatrowska. Secure parking for 50PLN (£10) per day. Fabulous breakfast with as much choice as you could expect. Lovely coffee machine which we always find is a good indicator of a hotel 😀. Very reasonable price with breakfast compared to other similar hotels in Łódź. Highly recommended for short stay!

Beside the good size and modern rooms, but with very bad pillows and sheets, this hotel has little to offer, even as an holiday inn (they are a franchisee that use the brand to attract customers, but do little to recognise brand status). Location at the southern end of the city requires that you walk 1 km to the nearest restaurant and bar, the reception service is soviet style, dry and totally unfriendly. The reception area is as welcoming as a hospital reception, the staff unskilled and definitely not passionate to work there. The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)
