Hotel Helios Lloret

I came on holiday with my grandparents, we had a very positive experience with this hotel we stayed there for 5 nights and 7 days, upon arrival we was greeted by the operations manager Juan who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak to for any enquiries that we had, happy and lovely staff all around the hotel including the ( bar, restaurants and the cleaners ) everywhere is immaculate throughout I couldn’t fault it at all, 10/10 experience.

On our last day of a weeks stay here, obviously I can only comment on our room 214 on 2nd floor, home tomorrow. Hotel fabulous, staff friendly, wonderful breakfast, spotlessly clean throughout, no idea how some people can say otherwise! Located in the main ***** which makes it noisy at night however, it is a Spanish party area so the hotel has no power over that aspect. If I had to find something to complain about I asked for a double bed but as most places you get 2 singles pushed together which in my opinion should be linked together to stop them sliding apart, but if that's my only complaint then the hotel is a must. Room cleaning and towel changing daily. Probably one of the best if not the best we've stayed in. Had a buffet dinner here one night, again pretty faultless. Central hotel to all cafes bars etc and 5 minute walk to the beach. Bus stops outside hotel. If you're going to Lloret, book the Helios.

Booked this as a last minute solo trip for a quick weekend away. The room I had was a pool view large balcony room- it was really modern, bright and spacious. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet enough for me to get a solid sleep on both nights despite being located in central Lloret with all the amenities you’d expect right on your doorstep including the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Nonetheless, the hotel does provide ear plugs and if you were in a city view room on the street then you will get noise from the clubs and pubs (but excellent people watching). The sun rises on the opposite side (city view) of the hotel and only swings around to the pool side around 11am- this means that there’s no frantic rush for sun loungers and towels on loungers/ reserving sun beds is strictly prohibited and you have a maximum 30 minute period that you can be away from your sunlounger. This made it so much more relaxing and everyone that wanted a bed could get a bed when they wanted one. The mix of clients was predominantly Spanish and German with a small amount of British. The sun then sets over the mountains that the pool view rooms look out on and these were really lovely sunsets each night. Breakfast was superb with a huge choice including cold meats, cheeses, breads, pâtés, fruits, cereals, fresh pastries, and hot items such as bacon, eggs, Spanish sausages etc. They also do eggs, omelettes and toasted sandwiches made to order- the quality was excellent. The hotel staff were all lovely and very friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. The cava in the room on arrival was a lovely surprise also. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and my only regret was that it was so short- I will definitely look to go back again.

We stayed at Hotel Helios in Lloret de Mar from the end of June for a week. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Our stay in a hotel was incredible, the staff made sure that we felt comfortable daily. We had an ordinary room, but had an experience with not very noisy neighbors, but thanks the staff Juan (operating director) who made an upgrade of our room. It was a big surprise for us and very pleasant. All rooms correspond to the photos which you see on the hotel website. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. There is a wide variety of dishes, and everything is well-prepared and tasty. Everyday we have fish, meat and all the meal was very delicious (please see photos). I highly recommend this hotel for all. It’s really cool hotel and very pleasant stay. I would like to say thanks a lot for your high level process of service and hospitality.

The staff at Hotel Helios made us very welcome, we got a welcome drink while waiting for our room to be ready and later we got a bottle of cava (champagne) delivered to our room with a nice note. We come here many times and always get something. The bar staff looks after us and so do the rest of the team. They are most friendly. We also like the food, plenty of choice and quality over quantity. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed, especially this time of year. I can also recommend a massage, Eduard who works there is a proper physiotherapist.

Hotel is very close to the beach also to restaurants or public bus stations. Personal was very helpful, they solved all our wishes immediately. Instead of standard rooms we got rooms with pool view, welcome drink wan ready for us at the room. The place is quite quiet, but during the season here can be more noisy. Big thanks from our side is for the kitchen and all staff around it. We are at GLUTEN FREE DIET and we had a fullboard service. I really recommend this hotel if you need some diet support. Every day there were a lot of products we could eat, local staff were very helpful. Kitchen here was really amazing. The swimming pool was big and covered, so the swimming was perfect also in days with cloudy or cold weather. You can enjoy a beautiful time in this hotel.
