Hemos estado este fin de semanal, con amigas y estuvo todo muy bien, genial mejor dicho,las habitaciones bien, comida mejorable, pero la atención del personal del bar , un 10, sobretodo rivera, el responsable (gaditano) 🤗 un encanto de hombre y sobretodo super profesional

el trato en el comedor espectacular la comida de 10 muy buena. .la habitación limpia y cama super cómoda en general para volver que seguro que si. sobre todo a Andrea del bar simpática agradable y sonriente muy profesional una experiencia extraordinaria todo 10

Desconexión total Muy buena comida, el personal muy trabajador y amable, un check in rápido y cordial. Las habitaciones muy limpias, super cómodas, luminosas y amplias Cabe destacar el bar, donde los camareros y camareras te atienden con una sonrisa y haciéndote sentir muy muy a gusto, que buscan hacerte tu estancia lo mejor posible.

Como en casa, Además de la buena localización...muy cerca de una playa preciosa y en la puerta del hotel parada del bus por si no quieres ir andando al centro. Atención en los detalles, las habitaciones muy limpias. En recepción, al hacer check-in el personal se aprendió nuestros nombres, muy cordiales y siempre con una sonrisa, Y ya en el bar, relax total, gran atención del personal, pendiente de ti en todo momento, ... volveremos.

El mejor hotel que estado de htop Recién reformado y la piscina para los niños espectacular El comedor muy bonito pero sobre todo el metre Toni Luque muy amable y servicial, gracias por el trato sigue así. Volveremos sin duda. Asta la próxima!!

Todo muy bien en las habitaciones reformadas, el buffet bueno pero quizas algo escaso, la animacion para niños ese dia no hubo. Es lo que falto. Pero repetiremos .

Experiencia inolvidable Excelencia en el servicio, buffet muy cuidado. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna Repetiremos en un futuro Estuvimos dos días y todo fue perfecto Animación nocturna con un duo que animaba a quedarse en el bar. Trato peesonalizado

Bonjour, Nous ne somme pas difficile niveau nourriture pour nous tout étais nickel on à toujours trouvé de quoi manger La piscine cela nous convenais par contre à peine arriver que l on nous volais les transat en mettant nos essuie sur une table à côté. Peut être voir pour ajouter des transat. Très déçue d avoir reçu 2 lits d'une personne pour un couple. Chambre mal insonorisée et très sale la baignoire était noir et pareil pour le rideau de douche les draps n'ont jamais été changer sur 10jours mon compagnon est rester avec 1 tache de sang sur la taie d oreiller du début à la fin des vacances ( tache déjà présente à l arrivée) Par contre les essuies ont été changer tout les jours et remis en suffisance. Le personnel du bar est super sympathique. Notre séjours en général sais bien passer dommage pour les petits inconvénient

Me and my boyfriend are currently in this hotel. Hotel 4 stars, for us it does not even deserve 3. We have all inclusive. Rooms: will not clean, throughout the stay, no fridge, no table on the balcony, bathroom (rusty taps), beds only springs, dirty mattresses. Drinks were not allowed in the restaurant. And after the restaurant there was nowhere to take something to drink. Still hot drink in such hot weather because no fridges in the room. After the night running children in the corridor and screaming in the morning the same. No rest. Restaurant: eternal queues to the restaurant, not friendly service. Poor choice of food (my watermelon diet). Couldn't bring coffee into the room from the restaurant. Bar: No choice of drinks, one evening I got it on love on the beach and another waiter didn't want to make it for me because it's not all inclusive. Special drinks in all inclusive that you couldn't drink. The waiter just showed that money makes everything. Where did we book all inclusive. Pool: Dirty, ladders on which people were afraid to climb because they were constantly moving, sunbeds with 20 pieces, no place to rest. Reception: We were told nothing about the rules when we checked in, no information. Internet practically does not work at all. The views next to the hotel are beautiful, there is a place to come. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants in this part, but you could eat something normal than in the hotel. We have been to many 3 and 4 star hotels and the conditions are really better. The hotel does not deserve good reviews. Anyone who gives good reviews for this hotel has probably never stayed in any hotel. So much money spent I don't know what. We had to buy towels and paper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
