Recomiendo este alojamiento por varios motivos: las vistas son muy bonitas, la atención en recepción excelente, la limpieza también es extraordinaria. Disponible de nevera, microondas y aire acondicionado. El edificio es antiguo pero muy acogedor. La situación es perfecta, frente a la playa y además hay largos paseos en ambos sentidos para realizar a pie o en bici al lado de la costa.

Just returned from a Monday to Friday break with family. We read the reviews before travelling so was not expecting too much but we were actually pleasantly surprised. Great location minutes from beach, shops, bars etc. The hotel was clean as was the pool area. Lots of free sunbeds. The food was typical all inclusive with some wierd and wonderful dishes but also delicious salads, meats, fresh breads and the most tasty pate. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The rooms were dated but cleaned every day. We had rooms overlooking the pool which were great. We all said we would definitely stay here again. The transfer is a bit long 1.5 hours but you soon forget about that when sat on your sunbed.

The rooms do not look like the photos - dark and gloomy need a def refurb - balcony door had only one handle so you could easily lock yourself out - hairdryer was def faulty - toilet lifted away from the floor and had to get somebody to look at the tv (when we found out which Chanel’s were English as receptionist never gave us the list). Changed towels but only one a day and had to ask for toilet roll. BUT food is really great lots to choose from and the staff in there work so very hard and always good on hand during the day. The entertainment gentleman every day around the pool is a huge asset and he was super brilliant. Some things could have been better but It didn’t spoil our holiday - hotel could just do with a bit of upgrading and a bit of care.

Our cash was stolen from the room while having breakfast. We know the cash was in our wallets because we paid in cash for dinner the night before. Also, it was gone from my and my wife’s wallets so it couldn’t be just lost or coincidence. The only time we didn’t have our back packs that contained our wallets in them was during this breakfast just before checking-out. The breakfast took 15 minutes max. We stayed at the 2nd floor. Balcony doors and windows were closed. Even wooden sun covers were closed. Doors were locked with a key upon leaving for breakfast (not a card lock). The staff was uncooperative in helping to resolve the issue and refused to show security recordings for some vague “legal” reasons (basically balming GDPR). Room service (cleaners) were trying to enter our room for at least 3 times while we stayed at the hotel. One time just 3-4 hours after our check-in they were trying to enter the room but couldn’t as the key was inserted from inside. When I came out of the room asking what do they want they looked surprised that we’re there (we were sleeping because we had an overnight ferry) and asked if we need a new towel or toilet paper. Seems strange when this happens 3 hours after you enter freshly prepared room after check-in. When we reported about the theft via booking site messages to the staff, we almost got threatened for accusing them for stealing which we did not in the first place. The receptionist that has spoken english pretty ok while checking-out (we still didn’t know that we were robbed), has totally forgotten how to speak english when we arrived at the lobby after finding out about the theft. She said she cannot understand us and doesn’t speak english :) We paid in cash for the stay in the hotel and paid in cash at the bar for the drinks. It would be just another theft from a hotel room, probably, if it wasnt done in a broad daylight, in 15 minutes time that we were out of the room that was locked and had its balcony’s door closed (including the wooden sun covers). Cannot directly point the fingers to the staff or room service, cause I have no evidence and weren’t allowed to review security recordings, but this raises too damn many questions. I hope the police will be given the access to the security footage and will find out what has happened. If I were you, I would avoid this hotel. This has totally ruined our vacation mood (at least tenporarily) because it is really really disgusting to be robbed and then be treated rude and suspiciously by the staff.

해변에서 25m 떨어져 있으며 수영장은 크기가 좋으며 그림자가 많으며 아파트는 넓고 2 개의 상당히 큰 테라스가 있으며 바에는 어린이와 성인 게임, 여러 당구 등이 있으며 양쪽에 바가 있습니다. 수영장이나 야간 애니메이션에 있는지 묻기 위해 내부와 외부에 작은 thiovivo, 어린이를위한 2 3-wheel 키트가있는 작은 회로, 작은 어린이 공원 및 기타 레크리에이션 기계도 있습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 있는 세탁공간이 각각 4유로와 3유로씩 있다. 직원은 유쾌하고 특히 풀바에 있는 여자아이가 모두 동정심과 친절함. 바로 채워도 작은 주차장도 있지만 주변에 주차하는 데는 문제가 없습니다.

우리는 우리가 지불 한 가격에 대해 사치를 기대하지 않는다는 것을 알고 예약했지만 이전 리뷰를 읽은 후 그 외에도 우리에게 적합하기를 희망했던 장소였습니다. 우리는 당신이 더 가치 있다고 느끼고 Arcos가 실망하지 않았기 때문에 작은 가족이 운영하는 장소를 좋아합니다. 우리는 파티에 80세 두 명과 함께 8인 가족으로 왔습니다. Toni는 그녀가 선호하는 아침 식사를 아주 빨리 기억했고 우리는 그것을 요구할 필요가 없었습니다. 그는 또한 우리가 호텔 밖에서 구입한 케이크로 바에서 그녀의 생일을 축하하게 했습니다. 너무 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 우리는 잠시 동안 그 장소를 방문한 다른 휴가객과 빨리 친구가 되었고 그 이유를 이해할 수 있었습니다! 멋진 위치, 해변에서 2 분, 슈퍼마켓 맞은 편, 버스 정류장에서 1 분 거리에 있다면 이곳이 당신을 위한 곳입니다. 해변은 주변에 10개 정도의 레스토랑이 있어 화려합니다. 산책을 좋아한다면 Sa Coma는 다리를 건너 2분 거리에 있으며 그 사이에 상점이 있는 수많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 몇 가지 불완전함을 넘어서 볼 수 있다면 멋진 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 우리는 2 베드 아파트인 107호에 머물렀기 때문에 거대했고 전망은 최고는 아니지만 모두 이길 수는 없습니다. 욕실은 최근에 현대화되었으며 항상 많은 온수가 있습니다. Toni와 Martin은 아침부터 밤까지 지칠 줄 모르고 일했고 Toni의 빙고는 내가 전에 경험한 적이 없는 색다른 빙고였습니다. 우리도 몇 번 먹었고 음식은 좋았습니다. 우리는 내년 6월을 위해 방금 예약했습니다.
