호텔 더 플레이스 - 어른 전용(Hotel the Place - Adults Only)

This is a very new hotel with amazing style and modern furniture. The cleanliness is top. the staff is very kind and the breakfast is nice with sweet and salted food. We have never seen so professional receptionist nowehre like the guy Kay! We would only improve the rooftop bar as it was often closed or not working in the evening. It is a pity because it is very nice and would be a nice place after dinner for a cocktail. Overall, we recommend this hotel to everyone who likes desgin and comfort.

Disappointed as the hotel canceled our reservation with only a 24-hour notice. Our reservation was confirmed over 2 weeks ago via Agoda, but the hotel contacted Agoda pretending that we requested for a cancellation 2 days before our arrival. This is by far the worst customer service that we have encountered in Mallorca. And if you do not speak Spanish, don’t even try to understand what happened with the receptionist. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you like be scrambling for a room last minute during the peak summer season.

Fantastic small hotel. Tastefully renovated. We were positively surprised. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. The room is modern and it’s design well thought thru. Parking on the street outside the hotel was no problem and felt safe.

Bien situado, zona muy tranquila y fácil aparcamiento. Hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor. Habitaciones pequeñas, muy limpias y bien decoradas. Muy buen desayuno y personal muy amable. Piscina en la azotea. Muy recomendable.

La habitación muy cómoda,moderna y acogedora,también la ducha, aunque estuviera dentro de la misma. Muy buen servicio,el trato,tanto en la recepción como el personal del desayuno. Un desayuno,por cierto,muy rico. La pena no poder disfrutar de la piscina de la terraza,el agua estaba ya muy fría. No está en la misma playa,pero está muy cerca de todo. Muy buen hotel para una escapada en pareja.

El año que viene me vuelvo al CHEVI. UN 4**** SUPERIOR Y T PASA ESTO. Esperaba que la pequeña piscina de la azotea fuese exclusiva de los clientes alojados.....pero NO ES ASI. Mientras tu te pagas una habitacion a 100 y muchos euros la noche, cualquiera puede entrar al bar de la piscina y hacer uso de la misma y armar jaleo .....q no pasa absolutamente NADA Berreando y haciendo el cafre EL AMIGOTE DEL CAMARERO.....incluso hablando despectivamente de clientes pensando que no los entiendiamos porque nos tomaron por alemanes. Al final gritando y salpicandonos adrede ..... Le digo que ya esta bien y al final hay que dejarlo estar por no tener problemas con un tipo ya mayorcito, de unos 50 añines de nada, que buscaba problemas, pero que no los encontrò porque es facil tener mas educacion que èl. Nos quejamos a la recepcion y tuvieron un detalle por las molestias pero de momento nada me ha dichi la direccion al respecto ya que les dije que visionasen las cámaras.....aparte que les recomendé que la pequeña piscina fuese solamente para clientes alojados. A la espera de una disculpa de la direccion

Hotel solo para adultos. habitaciones muy pulcras el servicio inmejorable. El bufet de desayuno muy completo. Es un placer volver al hotel The Place hemos disfrutado de su servicio en abril 2021 y mayo 2022, seguramente volveremos.

Hôtel génial en tous points… le personnel souriant, agréable, présent, la propreté des lieux, partout, l hôtel sent toujours très bon, le petit déjeuné excellent avec du choix, tout tout tout… nous recommandons à 100% , et cerise sur le gâteau le prix défi toutes concurrences !
