카이비치 칼레타(Caybeach Caleta)

Only good thing about this place is the location, close to the beach and restaurants and shops. We booked to have 8 nights here, we survived 3 and ended up booking to stay somewhere else for our own health. The place was infested in ants, on the sofa, bed, floor, kitchen tops and bathroom. We complained about them and we were told the cleaners would come which they did, but they told us to spray them with this aerosol which we couldn't that much as i have asthma and it effected it majorly, we tried to negotiate a refund as we spent nearly £700 to stay here but they refused without a thought. We wasted so much food we bought to save money from eating out due to these little ants, you can't even keep food there or leave a drink on the side while you watch TV because it ends up with ants all over it. They don't even provide cleaning products to help keep the areas clean, but yet expect us to keep the ants away.... I used to stay here as a kid and have nothing but happy memories here, but our stay them 3 nights have changed my mind completely and I will not be returning.

Somos repetidoras de este apartamento,nos encanta y lo que mas sus trabajadores tan cercanos atentos y amables,te hacen sentir como en casa, siempre lo aconsejamos :) la unica pega que pondria es que hay pocas sombrillas y hamacas a la cantidad de clientes que tiene los apartamentos.

Have just got back from a fantastic week at the Caybeach. Stayed in Bungalow 305 which was spotlessly clean and two bedroomed. The patio was also private, not on the main road and did not have lots of people walking past. It was cleaned nearly every day and plenty of new towels. The cleaning staff deserve a huge thumbs up. As we visited in February a heated pool was really important and the temperature in the pool is lovely. We swam every day, even when it was cloudy, and I can't do that if the water is too cold! The pool area is quite small given the size of the complex and loungers are all snapped up fairly early. However, people do also seem to come and go and don't necessarily stay all day so we tended to be able to get loungers in the afternoon. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food but the location to lots of lovely bars and restaurants is excellent. Even the furthest restaurant we visited is only a 15 minute flat walk (My Tapas 1966 - we went twice, the food was excellent). The bar staff and reception staff at Caybeach are lovely, very smiley and helpful, really made you feel welcome. Last but not least, a big thanks to Connell, the one man animation team. He worked SO hard, running the mini club, pool entertainment, evening entertainment AND the mini disco. His enthusiasm was infectious and my kids (aged 11 and 15) loved him. He certainly worked very hard to help inject a bit of fun into everyones holiday!! Thank you Connell! We loved it so much that we will definitely be returning next February, this hotel and Caleta itself was the perfect winter sun location for us.

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartments at Caybeach was exactly what we expected, large rooms and very clean all the way through, there was everything we needed in the kitchen for our self catering holiday, very comfortable beds, close to all amenities. All round very good and would definitely return.

This was our third stay ,the bungalow are being refurbished, new kitchens ,showers, beds and aircon units etc the work was being done around the grounds but did not cause us any problems the workers always moved out the way and made sure everything was safe. The pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds ,happy hour twice a day and entertainment if you wished to join in ,small children pool and bar snacks , the cleaners keep the place spotlessly clean even with the building work going on . Quick easy checkin, you are given a map to help you find you bungalow ,there is a little shop next to the hotel . Only a short walk to the supermarket, shops,beaches and restaurants, Caleta is flat with plenty of seats lovely place to visit for some winter sun.

The apartments are ideal and the location is excellent as you can walk to marina and the town in around 15mins. The pool area is lovely and a great little shop on site for fresh bread etc. The beach is only 5-10 mins walk away. Playa Blanca is lovely and a perfect winter holiday resort.

Here now. Shame the pool rules aren’t kept to No smoking around the pool….yet plenty of smokers and bar staff happily giving ashtrays for use round the pool No drinking in the pool…loads drinking in the pool, plastic cups floating in the water No balls….yep balls seem to be allowed in the main pool Oh and yep inflatables and water guns too even tho all rules say no No reserving sun loungers yet blatantly happening every day for every hours Great apartments/villas just wish rules were kept to

We absolutely love this accommodation. We have been twice- once for 2 weeks and now nice 3 weeks. The accommodation is basic but everything you need to make the stay nice. The pool is heated which is perfect for our little boy. The staff were friendly, particularly the cleaners and bar staff were great. The happy hours were good. There were plenty of sun beds. It’s an excellent location near to everything and the beach. The only thing that we found a bit of a shame was the Maintainance of children’s park, football area and golf course. It certainly didn’t ruin our holiday but it would have made getting ready a little more fun. One of us could have took him off or given him a bit of a play through different times of the day. We are due to come again in December and it would be wonderful if a little attention is put into this area.

Great apartment, bit of a challenge to find it, but had help from another guest. We were reception side of the complex. The resort is spotless and plenty of sun beds available around the pool. Our regular cleaning lady was Emily and she was such a happy person always smiling and very helpful. Happy hour was always going to be busy but no rush we are on holiday. Had bed and breakfast, the omelettes done fresh to order are very good. There was also the usual cereal, bacon, egg sausage etc pulse cold meat and cheese. Lost a tee shirt (white) which I guessed was left on the white sheet when the bed was changed. Receptionist was very he and took a description, rang the room within 20 mins to say it had been found.
