Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

When you visit liverpool, home of the famous Beatles. I suggest you stay at the Premier inn. The staff so friendly, the beds are really good for sleeping, my stay I never heard a thing all night. Good value for money, you are always made welcome. And the liverpool wit is so unique.

Great hotel for location to all amenities. Room had been updated, bathroom was spot on .Good value for money , staff friendly and professional. Always try to stay here when in Liverpool. The hotel is well located in Liverpool one, on the doorstep for all amenities. Looking forward to going back on my next visit to Liverpool.

All staff was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Our room was very clean with all facilities that you would need. Was in a perfect location to get around the city would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Have stayed in several PI's and this has been one of the best. Ideal location, super clean and quiet. Customer service was so good. Especially Ryan and John who were completely on the ball and impressed also by Ryan for anticipating a particular breakfast request based on my previous morning' s ask! Such a friendly team who made us feel really welcome 😊

The Premier Plus room is well worth the extra. The room was spotless, very quiet, dark in the morning and that bed is unrivalled! Affordable luxury every time. The coffee pods need a bit of an upgrade.....bitter and taste cheap

Amazing stay lovely staff, amazing unlimited breakfast was gorgeous food, beautiful clean building and the room was just absolutely immaculate, bathroom was immaculate the towels and bedding was immaculate crisp and pure white the bed was so comfy amazing

Venue near the station staff friendly, polite and professional, rooms are clean well served, had a good breakfast, quiet restful space thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would recommend s right in the center of everywhere bus station helps as just down the road. shops all around, the Docks and conference centers , museums all within walking distance, surprised as to how close they all were

Very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Restaurant food is good and self service breakfast is excellent. My room was clean and well stocked. I stay at this hotel every month during hospital visits and wouldn’t stay anywhere else
