센트럴 스테이션 호텔 리버풀(Central Station Hotel Liverpool)

나는 마지막 순간에 비행기를 갈아타야 했기 때문에 여기에 머물지 않았습니다. 물론 환불은 없습니다 🙄. 하지만 제가 마음에 들지 않았던 점은 이 호텔이 그랜드 스테이션의 표지 사진을 통해 실제 모습을 숨기려고 한다는 점이었습니다... 현실은 칩처럼 저렴한 두 계단 위의 작은 계단으로 접근할 수 있는 작은 호텔입니다. 시끄러운 음악이 들리는 아일랜드/테마 바, 밖에서 술을 마시는 노인들... 안으로 들어갔기 때문에 이 글을 쓸 자격이 있다고 느꼈습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했지만, 특히 커플이나 가족의 경우 열악한 위치에 대해 솔직하게 말하지 않는 것은 부정직한 일입니다. 도시의 라임 스트리트/동굴 구역 '쓰레기 많은' 지역에서 실제 다이빙을 하는 것 같은 느낌이 들며(리버풀은 전체적으로 훌륭하지만) 그들이 trip.com에서 사용하는 사진은 대표적인 것이 아닙니다.

60번째 생일을 맞이한 직원이 하룻밤 묵었는데 매우 도움이 되었고 친절하게 무료 와인 한 병을 주었습니다. 매우 편안한 객실과 호화로운 주변 환경은 바로 둘러싸여 있다는 점을 고려하면 소음이 전혀 없습니다. 한 가지 작은 단점은 3층까지 엘리베이터가 없다는 점입니다. 우리는 디럭스룸을 기반으로 하고 있습니다.

Had a fantastic stay, your staff are a absolutely FANTASTIC they are all so efficient, had a issue with my room but as it wasn't found till late in the evening but I was in a clean fresh room by 11 the next morning. As for your staff the tall blonde lady can't rambert her name super polite and on the ball, and as for Collette she made me feel so welcome and she treated me like I was a returning customer and it was my first time staying at the hotel, she is a asset to you and the hotel, also the bar team I met were amazing too and your house keeper I spoke too was so appreciated of me *****ping the beds for her when I changed over rooms, all your staff are AMAZING. Thank you to all of you guys and yes I will be returning ASAP.

Nice hotel. Near shopping center, near Tube. Near train.

Firstly, the location of the hotel cannot be faulted, it is right bang in the centre and close to all the local amenities and restaurants/shops etc. The staff also were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights in mid-week as a mini-break for myself and my partner and had never been to Liverpool before so the location was brilliant for us. I must be honest about the room though- the room is very tired and dated but generally in ok condition but the bed was awful. We had a double bed which was two single beds pushed together and extremely well worn mattresses which when lying on you could feel the beds underneath. The bed underneath the sheets was filthy and had various stains on and in dire need of replacement. The carpet was also filthy with stains so the rooms need a bit o investment/refresh. The noise also from the bars outside even in mid-week was quite bad and we had realised this was above a bar but I didn't realise how bad it was. The reception did provide earplugs though so with those it was ok. My partner didn't sleep much at all though. The location and staff are lovely but the rooms really let the place down.

What can I say. We stayed at this hotel 12 months ago and it was pretty comfortable. Therefore we booked again just after new year. I looked on a few sites in the morning and other better hotels were cheaper (IBIS etc) but I stayed loyal. The main issue I had was the shower which flooded twice during the stay. I am sure the manager will come on and say they offered me another room. As you know, that’s not always practical at 7pm when you are rushing out and you are reassured by the staff that it will be sorted in the morning. Two days the shower was blocked. The bowl of the shower filed with black hair and unfortunately human feces. The bathroom then flooded and it all got very unpleasant. This happened on the first and then the second night. The staff were apologetic and promised to clean the room and correct the problem. Neither happened. When I left the hotel I very politely asked if there was any case for a part refund. I said I totally understand that homes and hotels experienced plumbing issues but I had been left standing in a basin over flowing with hair (not mine obviously) and human feces. The manager simply said no. I said this was a little odd as I had not showered properly for two days. She said she would speak to the owner but I have heard nothing despite chasing. I was on the third floor for which there are three flights of extremely steep stairs. Others have commented on the noise. Frankly it is ridiculously loud all night. The hotel is surrounded by pubs on each side and sits directly above two. Banging of glasses, music, shouting, arguing etc goes onto about 3am and then the beer deliveries start at 7am. Clearly this hotel is catering for football packages. They are advertised everywhere in the hotel. This is not a hotel for families or anyone wanting a good nights sleep. Very disappointing all round. Have loads of photos but some are not suitable for sharing. To be totally honest, its not my style to share reviews but I was annoyed the hotel didn’t have the decency to contact me and offer even a small refund. Very poor judgment and customer service. Never again!

A lovely boutique hotel - close to amenities and spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. No hairdryer or cupboard in room (although hangers) and in fairness they did email a few days before my stay that is was noisy but I wasn’t banking on loud music coming from the pub until 2am. If noise isn’t a factor for you (or you are going to be out late) I’d stay defo stay here as it’s great value for money.

Really friendly staff and a fantastic location. Clean room and plenty tea/coffee and bottles of water. The twin room we had however, the beds were TINY - they were basically kids beds. Not good enough when you pay €360 for two nights room only! Like a lot of other reviewers state, if you are a light sleeper dont even consider this place - to be expected given the location over a bar. The noise also from the plumbing is pretty bad - walls are paper thin - we felt like people nect door were in the room with us having a shower. For me its worth €60/70 a night not the prices paid given how difficult it was to get an hours sleep.

Been to Liverpool a few times now and stayed at a couple of hotels but this hotel has to be by far the best It's location is excellent right in the area I want with the train station literally 3 minutes walk More than enough bars and places for food The staff go out there way to help and can not do enough for you very polite and professional We stayed for the night on a Wednesday booked in just before 3pm went to our room and thought very nice plenty of room Free hot drinks and bottle water for you Shower was surprisingly spacious We went out for about an hour or so and returned to find we had n issue with the electricity Receptionist was so helpful and simply moved us to another room Had a really enjoyable nights stay Would I stay again DEFINITELY YES Would I recommend it definitely
