My daughter reserved lounging in GA at this motel from Thursday to Saturday for me, my mother and sister for a family event we came down for AND we never ended up spending the 1st night at the motel. From the time we pulled up to the motel, we had an eery feeling and the people or residents residing in the motel made us feel very unwelcomed. So, we kindly asked the receptionist how we would be able to get a refund and she mentioned that since we made the reservation online - that was the way to go. We immediately did that. The ******* representative was so understanding and he spoke with the receptionist at the motel. The ending result, due to policy we had to pay for the 1st night (even if we did not stay) and also because it was past the deadline to cancel. We understood and agreed. I was immediately credited the remainder of the money. To make a long story shorter, we stayed at one of our family members homes. They had more than enough room for us. Not sure why we didnt ask in the first place. I hope this was helpful.
