This hotel is not a regular commercial hotel. It is smaller and quite quaint. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room is a bit small but efficient. I would recommend for a couple only. We get personalized breakfast in the morning. A small restaurant ***** about a block away. All and all a good choice if you are not looking for a luxurious hotel.

I’ve stayed in many highly rated hotels throughout the world but would say this location was by far, the most hospitable experience I’ve ever had.

Beautiful property very well looked after and decorated. Breakfast area is beautiful and makes you feel you're somewhere else in the world - like in Bali or on a beach in Thailand. The room was very comfy and clean. The service was probably the best I received in all my trips to Portugal (and there were many). Ana and Tamires (and the other members of staff which I am sorry I didn't get the names of) really made me feel at home and represent the best the Portuguese hospitality.

The staff were were very welcoming. Especially Rita and Davi. We really felt at home. The property is not walking distance from the major sites in the city so you will have to take an Uber. All in all will strongly recommend this cute little hotel.

It combined the amenities of a 4 Star Hotel with the creative decor of the first flat as a student. Most important, the service was friendly and good

We stayed at this beautiful guest house for 2 weeks. Our room was lovely and comfortable. We received welcome drinks and chocolates upon arrival. We were received by Rita, who was friendly and willing to give us lots of insight with respect to the surrounding areas - restaurants, sight seeing, shopping , etc. We then met Ana and Davi, also super friendly and very helpful. The entire staff including Amrita, Anita, Sunita and Tamaris were just as wonderful and willing to please. The staff made our stay at the Garam Lisboa! We cannot say enough good things about them all. We’ve only been back a few days and we miss them. Thank you for a great stay guys. You’re the BEST! Warm regards, Paul & Patricia

This is a boutique property and has only a limited number of rooms. There are several things that makes this a great stay. we stayed 5 nights.. 1. the service staff is excellent. always smiling and attentive. 2. the breakfast is excellent. orange juice and the omelettes are the greatest! 3. quiet neighborhood and walkable. 4. finally the transport and drop-off arrangements Overall, the best value for money.
