Perfect perfect location, but very old building, they were renovating while we were there (oct 2023) bathroom, shower had mold. Carpet on floor….full of stains. A/c worked very well. Breakfast, very basic; coffee, juice, croissant, bun, jams, ham and cheese. Although very well situated, i would not return, which is too bad, because very well situated. Staff very friendly

I love this hotel but the bathroom shower had mold so bad it was disgusting and I was only spending one night so I just accepted it. I stayed 4 and half years ago and it was clean. I hope after the remodeling they are doing they will have clean bathrooms.

The property is a work in progress. You are buying location & a great location it is. The breakfast is not fancy, but for an American, the coffee may have been the best I’ve found in Europe. Every day was an adventure on what was not cleaned in the room. I had my own shower & sink, but multiple rooms shared 2 toilets.

I had to open the toilet eater tank to make it work. Bathroom floor flooding.

Visited this hotel and was given a room on 2nd floor which worked out well as it was a step away from reception and breakfast. Breakfast was good, nothing special, but you may tend to get bored of it after a few days as it was always the same. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help. Good a.c, seaview in the distance, TV with plenty of English channels, good wifi. Room was clean and no smells as others may have mentioned. Bathroom seemed like it was 50 years old and was the part that certainly needed some upgrading as well as the time for hot water to reach the bath. Lift was out of order for 2 days and that should have been seen to by an emergency team, because no one wants extra steps when in Lisbon which has enough hills in itself.

This is a centrally located hotel in Lisbon, it's an old building, and no frills, but the staff is friendly and helpful. They also provide a light breakfast. Linens were clean and there is a small lift for one/two people and bags.

We book this for three nights, but we must canceled after first night because the smell from bathroom in room was horrible, plus there was really cold in the room and thin blanket. On internet arent true photos of this room with this old bathroom, so we were disappointed. The bathroom was dirty and there were mold. The breakfast was not good not bad - no fruits or vegetables.

Great location in downtown Lisbon. Our shower was a bit feeble but otherwise a very good place to stay.

Room was small but clean and great location. Was a little shocked when there was no toilet in our private bathroom but it was just down the hall.
