바이후 스튜디오 아파트먼트 - 바이 루 홀리데이(Bairro Alto Studio Apartments - by LU Holidays)

This property is in a great location, close to many local restaurants and bars. We stayed on the top floor which was great for privacy but had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The host was wonderful. Communication was prompt and helpful. Shower was very tight but everything was in working order and the kitchenette was a nice amenity to have. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were really nice and communicative, the apartment was VERY clean. Not a hair in sight. Attention to detail with the wine and water and when we had a small issue it was resolved the same day. The hosts are great, and I would stay in their accommodation again (I saw their logo somewhere else in the city) but not the front building facing the street. I saw a better description of the property on another website than I did here on *******. It did mention loudness so I knew what I was booking, and the apartment had ear plugs available too which was a sweet touch. I sleep at like 1-2am every day and I don't wake up easily. But the floor is very creaky, when other people walk past on the stairs it sounds like an elephant parade. People drink and chat outside on the street till 3am on several days of the week, Friday and Saturday were the worst. Other days a bit better. But then we got woken up by the really really loud cleaning crew for another apartment/room at 8-9am, not too early but it is when you've been kept awake till 3am. One night the resident above us got back at 3am but then decided to move furniture around and stumble around for another hour or so. Because it's an old building you hear everything. So, even if you think you're a night owl - make sure you are the right kind of night owl. The apartment has everything you need, the location is really great - but it's probably best you are a super night owl or party person.

Cozy and in the middle of everything. A bit noisy for those who are looking for a quiet getaway.

Good location, host was attentive and communicated well

I am divided on my opinion for this accommodation because after two days the situation has become tense.. Good points: - superb location, - responsiveness of hosts, - quality of the bedding, - cleanliness of the place, Negative points: - aging housing compared to the photos & multiple paint touch-ups - degradation of the shower tray and i will not talk about mold, - wobbly toilet and defective flush, - broken sink, - ambient humidity in the flat, - fridge that does not fit in its space, Finally concerning the experience: The headboard is dangerous, in the middle of a nap I received a piece of wood (10X10 cm) on my face, I have to admit that there is more pleasant as a wake-up call ... I have immediately made a complaint to Airbnb and to the host. I sent photos and videos to the host, who offered to bring in a member of his team to resolve the problem was of course really fear but in response to a video where I was showing the concern for wood on the wall, I was insulte by: « 100€ refund because something fell ? » « you will take financial advantage of the problem » « you are forcing and damaging it with your hand! » « That the financial compensation that I asked for was not going to make the headboard less dangerous » They are literally kidding me!!! Indeed, I asked for financial compensation on my reservation, because I didn't have to waste 3 hours of time in discussions, having to place the bed 1m from the headboard. But what is this bad joke? I am a customer, I do not accept that I am treated like this with an incredible number of exclamation points in the exchanges, no understanding of the host, rude and a dismissive attitude which is unfortunate! Other reviews mention lesser quality of the equipment, but apparently the host prefers to operate as a "cash machine" rather than secure the premises for hire. So definitely I will not recommend this accommodation and this only because the customer / seller relationship has been so disastrous. This is not a customer service I am deeply sorry. I myself am a host in Bordeaux, I will never allow myself such behavior with my travelers.

Perfect verblijf alleen te gehorig ondanks dat dit vooraf bekend werd gemaakt. Dacht dat het geluid van buiten vervelend zou zijn maar het zijn juist de appartementen zelf.

El apartamento es impecable, tal como luce en las fotos, pero la zona no es recomendable si buscas descansar luego de recorrer la ciudad todo el día, ya que la calle no solo está rodeada de bares sino que se convierte en un bar hasta altas hiras de la noche y luego dejan todo sucio en los alrededores, lo que lo hace desagradable.

Je mets 1 car la note zéro n'existe pas. LU HOLIDAYS : un couple de personnes malhonnêtes , qui s'étaient engagé à reporter notre réservation: ont encaissé l'argent.puis zéro réponse , ils raccrochent au téléphone .à fuir donc.pas corrects. Attention , ils ont d'autres appartements "lu holidays " à Lisbonne.
