What a great find. I come to Lisbon regularly and was very happy to find this hotel. Everything is to a very high standard with excellent service. Location is perfect in Chiado where there are fewer hotels. Breakfast is also top quality especially the omelette. Will be my go to hotel now.

We went there for a short stay for my birthday. The staff at the reception, specifically Rita, went out of their way to make it unbelievable. They were unbelievably nice to me for my special day. They had put an array of cheese platter that later on knowing I was lactose intolerant changed it to a beautiful and delicious fruit platter. On telling them I did not drink they made a special effort of filling the mini fridge with non alcoholic beverages Their Restaurant on the premises was exceptionally delicious. The manager Rodrigo is very good with his hospitality skills. I wish him a long and prosperous career in the business Top service and attention to detail. They made our stay incredible. Carlos our waiter was so kind and helpful. They helped us book a table at an incredible restaurant specializing in Cod. Thank you so much! 😊 We will definitely be back to Lisbon and staying with them again. I can not thank them all enough. Thank you thank you thank you!

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Bedroom was great - light, spacious and very stylishly decorated. Beds were so comfortable! Amazing bathroom with huge shower. All the staff (cleaners, breakfast team and reception staff) were lovely, genuinely smiley and helpful. Great breakfast too Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Fantastic hotel in the city center. The service was great and the breakfast with eggs Benedict was great. Very comfortable rooms with the Vista Alegre porcelain brand present in the space. Fantastic Nikkei restaurante .A place to return

Assim que entramos o nível de limpeza, organização e até o doce e suave aroma no ar conquistam a pessoa imediatamente. Super bem equipado. Localização não podia ser melhor. Um supermercado, restaurantes e múltiplas diversões a 1 minuto a pé. Por fim o Staff: 10 estrelas. Sempre disponíveis para ajudar, super educados e com um sorriso no rosto. Íamos só ficar 1 dia mas nos primeiros 5 minutos decidimos extender para mais tempo. Parabéns a toda a equipa. Um projecto muito bem pensado e executado.

Albergo di grande classe. Attenzione quasi ******ale al dettaglio. Bella hall, reception al top. Sala e sala bar a lato sono molto accoglienti. Camera non grandissima ma di classe. Letto molto comodo. Termostato regolabile di facile uso. Bagno con doccia funzionale ma senza ricambio d'aria! Ogni giorno un bob-bon mi veniva lasciato sul cuscino. Acqua offerta gratuitamente all'arrivo, come anche un piatto di pasticcini. Buffet a colazione con scelte molto meditate e materia prima eccellente: formaggi e salumi di prima qualità, spremuta d'arancia freschissima e buonissima, ottimi yogurt, pastel de nata molto buone. Lindíssimo, Elegante, Sofisticado, camas muito confortáveis,almofadas macias, quarto perfumado,ambiente propício para uma fantástica noite de sono. Bem localizado, excelente atendimento por parte dos funcionários, ótimo pequeno almoço, experiência maravilhosa, desejo muito voltar. Recomendo vivamente.
