Hotel location is good and overall service and feel is good. The Italian restaurant is excellent. However with this property critical to understand room allocation. I was put in a room which is one level below reception and which fronts onto the street. This means no privacy as public walks up and down directly in front of your windows so curtains have to be pretty much drawn at all times. So if you are spending time in the room it is not great with no daylight. Also garbage is collected in the early hours of the morning at street level which is a very early wake up call. No doubt a room on the upper floors would have been a very different experience.

Absolute perfection!! What an incredible experience we had at Sublime Lisboa - every moment spent there was so memorable. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and breathtakingly beautiful. Each member of the staff was so gracious, friendly and knowledgeable - we thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone (I miss them already!). The hotel lived up to our high expectations…above and beyond! Our first vacation to Portugal was made extra special by Sublime…we cannot wait to return!

Absolute perfection. Highly recommended. Treat yourself to the best. Stunningly beautiful and well appointed rooms. Friendly, genuine, kind and knowledgeable team. Carolina and Carolina were gems and I wish they were there to greet me at every hotel I stay at from now on. You cannot put a price on genuine, happy people or pay people enough to care in my opinion. It has to come from the heart. Thank you thank you for making our trip extra special. We wanted to thank the chef for the best Truffle Pasta and crème brûlée we have ever had. The handsome and incredibly stylish and sweet Gianluca,..thank you for an amazing and memorable dinner. What a perfect property with a staff to match. Every inch of the place and every bone of the staff is absolutely spectacular. The rooms are divine, Spacious, well laid out with thoughtful touches everywhere and glorious baths (loved my stand alone soaking tub, though I only use showers almost exclusively). The staff could not do enough, always standing and opening doors when you entered the room. The restaurant Davvero is spectacular and has finally made me a fan of Italian food. I will deal with the restaurant in a separate review. The staff will go to the ends of the world for you, whether it is restaurant reservations, booking you a day trip or simply calling a taxi or giving directions. I must say, the restaurant reservations they made packed "a punch" base on the way I was greeted when I presented myself. I stayed at the hotel on two occasions. Unfortunately, my second stay was cut short. I was in Aveiro, when I learned that my house was ravaged by a fire in which my three dogs perished. I called the hotel and informed them I was coming back earlier than anticipated because of the emergency. When I arrived at the hotel after a two and one half hour ride, one of the staff was outside the hotel to greet me. They took all my luggage and sat me down offering me both nourishment and consolation. When I got to my room it was one of their most luxurious available and everywhere I looked there was something to greet me.... fruit, wine, sparkling water with a bucket of ice, which they knew I preferred and pastries of all sorts. Though it was late at night, they also informed me that the chef was ready in the kitchen to prepare anything I desired. I was greeted first thing in the morning and put in a car to the airport. But that was not the end. On two more occasions, when I opened my email, there were messages from the collective staff offering their condolences and comfort. These were not perfunctory emails, but very personal and sincere messages from a staff that really cares. This is the type of care typical of this special place. I will be back.usuall

Best hotel experience - this hotel lives up to its name in every respect. The room we had was excellent. Really spacious and light and airy. Modern and tasteful. We asked for a bath and it was a sunken one, and divine. The staff were unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Their English is great and they organised a wonderful hairdresser for me and also a fantastic trip to the 'Harrods' of Lisbon. With free transfers thrown in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they really made our stay sublime! I will come back to Lisbon just to stay here!

Staff was very good and concierge was excellent. However, the room we got did not look anything like the photos and room layout was very very odd with door and wardrobe on one end of a long rectangular room, a bath tub smack in the middle and bed, coffee table and a chair squeezed to the other side, which we found to be not very convenient. That said, we cannot give enough credit to the staff who were all excellent.

An incredible hotel with absolutely the most beautifully appointed rooms. We enjoyed every minute in this charming small hotel that has huge value for money. The rooms are incredibly appointed with modern details and great colours. The staff and the concierge offer impeccable services as well as a WhatsApp number to fulfil most requests - an example was asking for apple juice be made available for my daughter whilst. These small details mean a lot and I can say this was the best stay I have ever experience in Lisbon. Well done team Sublime - you are the only place I will stay when I come back as it felt so much like home.

This hotel is truly a gem. We stayed a couple of nights in another five star hotel and quickly discovered after our arrival that Sublime Lisboa was on a whole different level. The service is spectacular, every detail is well thought of, the room was beautiful and spacious and the Davvero restaurant is fantastic. If we ever come back to Lisbon, this is the only hotel we will stay in, 10/10!

During our trip to Portugal in September, we stayed at the Sublime Lisboa Hotel in Lisbon. The hotel was very good in terms of service quality and cleanliness, but what made our stay truly unforgettable was the Front Office Manager, Mr. Antonio Ferreira. We are grateful to him for his genuine help during our stay and his recommendations for the later parts of our trip. His sincere and proactive approach is rare to find in many hotels. Sublime Lisboa is lucky to have such a manager. As for the hotel itself, the rooms have different characteristics due to the building's architecture. All the rooms we had the opportunity to see were decorated with vibrant colors, some were dimmer, while others were smaller. Compared to the hotel's other features, we found the breakfast service and offerings to be insufficient. If improvements are made in this area, this boutique hotel could be one of the top recommended boutique hotels in Lisbon. We thank all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Ferreira.
