Everything is great! The views from the apartament are amazing, near to the beach, port and shops. Ariana is so helpful and kind, she was helping us all the time to find our lost wedding ring! She prepared also a small provisions for the road when we checked out before breakfast. All staff members are great and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and vacation ☺️

What a delightful hotel - it must be as this was our nineteenth visit! Room was bright and comfortable, with wonderful sea view. Staff were extremely friendly and very efficient and the meals were wonderful, with a good choice of food the chef's tiramisu was so light, it is like eating clouds.

We stayed in this beautiful family run hotel for 4 nights. A great base for exploring all the Aeolian Islands from. We were touched by the kindness and generosity of all the staff, (In particular the gregarious owner Adriano, Frederick who treats you like royalty at each meal and Francesco to name a few). The rooms are spacious and meticulously cleaned by a lovely lady every morning and towels replaced as needed. On our first day our ferry from Milazzo was delayed by several hours and we arrived at the hotel at 2330hrs. Even tho the kitchen closes at 2130hrs the staff had stayed behind to serve us a delicious meal. On another occasion our ferry from Stromboli was late returning and despite the fact the kitchen had just closed they prepared a three course meal. On all occasions this hotel goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The balcony view looking out over the bays azure water & boats is delightful. The food is delicious and the 3 course menu changes each night. All meals are served on a balcony with magical views over looking the bay. The hotel basks in sun all day and there is a platform with numerous lounge chairs and easy access to swimming. The hotel is situated an easy short walk from the town of Lipari. The hotel is very quiet and we are so glad we stayed here. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who are looking for a very special experience.

The most awful experience we have ever had. My wife and I have stayed at over 300 hotels in my life. I’ve never written a bad review(not that every experience has been perfect,but they were never shocking) This was beyond bad. The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. My friends and I both changed rooms in the middle of the first night. The next room was the same. They advertise they have a Sauna,I just didn’t realise it was our room. The pictures of the beautiful deck could not be more wrong. The water you are supposed to dive in to is filthy. My friends and I left the next morning even though we had booked for 4 days. I knew we would lose the money for the remaining 3 days,but we did it anyway. It was that bad. The staff were unbelievably rude and mean. Lipari is fantastic. The Hotel we then moved in to was a wonderful experience. It cost us a lot of money to change,but was worth it. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Scrivo questa recensione in italiano, ma sono inglese allora perdonami tutti i miei errori. Mi piace moltissimo quest’ albergo. Ci vado da piu di dieci anni, ogni luglio. E un piccolo albergo a conduzione familiare. Il padrone e in loco ogni giorno, sua figlia e il manager, suo genero e il Maitre D’, suo nipote e un cameriere. Questa famiglia si prende cura dei sui clienti. Quando arriva al porto (Marina Lunga) sul aliscafo, qualcuno del albergo prendervi. Ci vogliono soltante 5minuti per arrivare a Rocce Azzurre. Le camere sono comodi, molti hanno una balcone con vista sul mare. Tutti i pasta vengono serviti sulla grande terrazza con vista sul Porto delle Genti. La colazione e un buffet, ci sono tante scelte normale (cornetti, torte, frutta fresca, cereali, pane, formaggio/prosciutto, yogurt). A cena, ci sono tre portate: ogni sera prendo un piatto di pasta diverso, seguito da alcuni pesci freschi. Vi consiglio veramente quest’ albergo.

Appena partita e già mi manca! Le Eolie sono stupende, ma la vera chicca è stata questo albergo. Sentire dalla finestra lo sciabordio del mare di notte è stato fantastico per non parlare dell'alba vista dalla terrazza. Anche il cibo ottimo.
