What a great place, located just off the main square. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the place is modern and stylish. Great service all round

Je suis très déçu de cette hôtel dit 4 étoiles l’hôtel est sombre l’état de l’ascenseur et catastrophique et pour couronner le tout il n’y a aucune prise au niveau des lits donc vous êtes obligé de charger vos appareils dans la salle de bain car l’hôtel ne fournit même pas d’adaptateur

Amazing stay at Napa Plaza! The staff were so friendly, the beds were super comfy! And I LOVED the iced vanilla lattes haha. Highly recommend staying here, perfect location for everything around you as it’s all walking distance! I can’t wait to come back again

What an amazing stay at the Napa Plaza! Everything was just so wonderful! The Rooms were clean and spacious with the MOST comfortable bed, for a perfect night's sleep. The aesthetics of the hotel were stunning and the breakfast was exceptional and this is coming from a very fussy vegetarian, I was so pleasantly surprised to see not just 1 but 3 types of alternative milk not to mention the endless selection of delicious food. The hotels Pepper Lounge Bar was outstanding from the cocktails to the delicious food - a must try!!! But the most memorable for me was Andreas and Mami who went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed and could not do enough to help us and ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you both, I hope to see you again some day!

We have been in Soma lounge bar. The coctails were amazing. Great place to smoke shisha, chill and spend time with friends, good atmosphere The staff is very friendly, professional ,special thanks for Halil and Christos at the pool bar. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Very relaxing and comfortable Hotel, clean and very nice people at the reception. Beautiful swimming pool, clean, the staff is friendly everywhere and assertive to your needs. Nice food as well, I have loved i"Sale & Pepe Restaurant". I do recommend 100%.

This was our 6th visit to the wonderful Napa Plaza and as always, we had a fantastic time. Andri on reception recognised us straight away (group of 6) as returning guests and couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We upgraded to the All Inclusive option on this visit and were not disappointed. The choice of food, snacks and cocktails exceeded our expectations and it is definitely something we will consider for our visit next year. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel as we find the location, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staff is second to none. We look forward to seeing you in May 2025!

Great hotel and great location, but most importantly great staff and hospitality. Andri at the front desk was absolutely superb and so friendly and helpful. She recognised us as returning customers and made us feel very welcome. She answered all our questions and advised us of all the benefits of upgrading to the all inclusive, which we are so glad we did, she is a real credit to the hotel.

If you ever come to Ayia Napa and want to stay in the centre, then this hotel is fantastic. It is spotless and has multiple amenities. There is a lovely pool and terrace area with sunbeds that have mattresses, and when you check in, ask for a towel voucher, and there are clean pool towels available every day. There is a fantastic restaurant, and as part of the all-inclusive package, you can swap evening meals in the main restaurant for a number of other al-a-carte restaurants. We used 2 of them, Central Cafe and Pepper bar lounge. These are 2 great places to eat, great food, great atmosphere, and great vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and even though we had an inland view, it did not disract from the stay. All the staff in the hotel are brilliant and always happy and friendly. During our stay my wife had an accident and it resulted in her unfortunately in a leg cast and wheelchair (not an accident caused by the hotel I add) From this I can actually also recommend wheelchair users to the hotel. On our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and the room was made up for us . Also following her accident, we came back to our room to a lovely bunch of flowers. Every member of staff was lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. I would give a big thank you to Andri, the Front Office Manager, for arranging all this.
