Great place, clean and nice looking. The only issue is that our reservation was not visible once we came, therefore we were compelled to wait 10-15 minutes on reception. Rest was great! Nice pool by the way.

Family trip Upgraded us on arrival not a lot for children to do moan about the towels and want a deposit of 10 euros per towel which seems silly

Super Zimmer und sehr sauber

This is a very special hotel for us. It was our 5th time at Nestor and we are definitely going back next year. This is a beautiful hotel, with very nice decorated rooms, great pool area and close to everything (beach, restaurants, Ayia Napa center), but the big difference is made by the staff. Everyone is so nice, always smiling and willing to help. Special thanks to Maria who helped us with everything, and we really appreciate it. Maria, you are a truly gem for this hotel and that's why we are comming back every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We really love it here and hope to see everyone again next year. Thank you!

Stayed at Nestor recently and liked the amenities however, it does not deserve 4 stars. The hotel staff have been horrible to us, the women especially. The woman staff at the bar (blonde with red lipstick), Tanya had an angry face the whole time when serving us, half the time she refused to help us when we asked for drinks. Gave us dirty looks up and down- we are two young women don’t party, not loud and we’re treated disgustingly compared to the adults staying in the hotel. We deserved the same respect as other customers and we were polite to the staff. This came as a shock, we thought maybe she’s having an off-day however, this was a daily occurrence. There was a noticeable difference as we are from the UK most guests are from Europe and were treated better the way they were spoken to Infront of us to how we were spoken to. We paid €7.50 each for a sunbed at the pool which includes free water & there is a little bell for service. We pressed the bell, the lifeguard / pool attendant / waitress came to us and told us if we wanted drinks we had to get up and go get them ourselves, which is not a problem however we paid for them because it was on the bed that there’s pool service… so we go to the bar and then see the same woman serving drinks to another bed close by shortly later to two older women. As we were waiting on our transfers when checking out, a woman at reception with a blue shirt asked us to leave the reception area as she didn’t like the way we were sitting to guests arriving (we had 2 bags and 2 suitcases each) - there is nowhere else to wait except outside in 30 degree heat. If you are under 30 and from the UK do not stay here because they will treat you like a piece of rubbish, you will be dismissed and told to not wait at reception when checking-out of the hotel. The only staff that were lovely were the Spa Therapists & Restaurant Waiters. It’s a shame as we excited to stay here after our parents had stayed and were treated well; it seems to be that young people who are respectful and quiet are not welcome here.

Staff are friendly, food is to die for and lots of choice Sun loungers are the best right by the pool 15 euros for the whole day you get special service the pool life guard Christina is fantastic and so friendly This is the 2nd year I have been here for my birthday and loved it can't wait to go back

This is our second time at the Nestor and we can't fault it! The hotel is in a great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel in general was clean. The selection of food was amazing, we always found something to eat each day. The pool was large and we paid the €15 each day for the sun loungers that are on decks at the pool (included a fruit skewer and some ice lollies) worth it. We were welcomed with fruit, wine and sandwiches in the fridge in our room which was a nice touch. The views from the balcony was stunning! We had a great holiday!

Really enjoyed the entertainment with Billy and his team. My three boys were busy and enjoyed the activities we didn’t need to leave the hotel very friendly, brilliant week in the sun. Hotel great! Great location We will return again to this hotel soon
