Wonderful hotel. Very convenient location right off of the tram stop and nice decor. Staff are friendly and approachable as well! Highly recommend!

I paid for breakfast, but my name was never on the list. I was really cold at night with a single bed duvet on a King bed. The bathroom floor had suspicious thick blobs on the floor and wall next to the toilet, which remained, in spite of a "clean". No kettle. Doors slamming. Very expensive Gin, so I had my drinks elsewhere. The TV comes on with the lights. A plus was 100% soundproof from street noise.

Very good location on the central square, any my room on the back was quiet. The layout was very confusing though, and several of the internal signs were wrong., If there was a kettle in the room, this would be 10/10.

Motel One never disappoints. This one is great - great room, lobby area with barista at front desk, right in the heart of the action - huge square with tram stops, shopping and restaurants - amazing! Ar Electronica just down the road...loved the city and the hotel!

Excellent service, beautiful modern interior design, great breakfast buffet, very very quiet with windows that open and light blocking curtains for great night’s sleep. Wonderful location on main square convenient to everything in the midst of lots of old world charm. Rooms a bit small but that’s what you get from an inner city hotel.

Very centrally situated in the main square. Bar and reception are open 24 hours. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Very clean tidy hotel great location and the breakfast restaurant area had an adequate choice to start of your day. The area around the hotel is very interesting but be careful when wandering around due to the vast numbers of cyclists going about their business. Would love to visit again one day.

The location of the hotel is great but our room was tiny. We could hardly move. It faced an inner court/stairwell, so we could not open the window or even the curtain, adding to the claustrophobic atmosphere of the room. I could understand if we got the room at a discounted price but we paid the same as our friends who had a room that was at least a third larger and faced the main road. Very disappointed. Be very careful when you book. Ask about the size of the too. And where it is facing. I would not stay there again.

If there was a kettle in the room it would be perfect!
