프랭코니아 노치 모텔(Franconia Notch Motel)

I was in a cute cottage with a peaceful river out back. Very clean and safe. Front door was a bit difficult to open, and I would have preferred more room lighting. That being said, i would stay again.

DO NOT GO HERE! I understand you get what ypu pay for. It was the cheapest motel around, but its definitely not worth the price. They charged me 150 for pet clean up when I did not even have a pet. This place was already dirty before I even checked in. Stain on blanket, mice creeping in the walls at night, tub does not drain. To be honest, I really was not bothered by all this, but when they charged me 150 extra without even talking with me, that is not ok. Called them back to rectify this and the owner kept saying I had a pet cause he found hair. How are they proving that when the motel is dirty? Again, I can understand the confusion with this situation, but what bothered me was the level of poor customer service. DO NOT GO THERE. Pay the extra money to go somewhere else.

Wife and I stayed for a night while we visited the Ice Castles. We've stayed in the North Conway area dozens of times but not the Franconia Notch area. We stayed in a cabin that was very comfortable. 2 Queen beds that were perfect too! River right behind the place too! We could easily see us back there for a weekend in the warmer months.

The manager is accomodating and friendly. The internet went down in the middle of the night. I was doing work and called the front desk. It was a providor issue, but he called them and gave me the etlETA for resumption of service;all at 3:30am. The bathroom was really dirty and the rug was not vacuumed. Other than that, it served its purpose: comfortable bed, warm room, convenient, and inexpensive.

We only stayed 1 night as we had tickets to ice castles. Checking in was great. The gentleman was very nice!! Door knobs in front door and bathroom need attention though. Otherwise I’d go again!!

The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The room was clean and smelled clean. A really sweet river is viewable right outside your window. The furniture and appearance could be updated, a little old. But if your looking for a super conveniently located, clean, comfortable place to stay while you adventure around the White Mountains, I would recommend this motel.

We stayed 1 night to be ready for skiing in Loon early in the morning. Just what we needed, cheap, clean..un-pretentious

Shower had hair in it, bed sheets had hair in them and the room smelled bad

It was really one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The bathroom floor was filthy and not to mention it hasn't been upgraded since the 1970s. I had a trickle of water for my shower and had to use all hot water. Nowhere to put anything so we had to keep the toiletries on the bed in the other room. There was a 'furnace' built into the wall and when we turned the thermostat up, there was fire at the bottom of it and it came on with a 'whoosh'. It's dangerous and probably illegal. The place hasn't been upgraded probably since it was built. Maybe the motel rooms are better, but this cabin wasn't even safe. I worried most of the night that the 'furnace' would set fire. I will never stay there again and I would tell anyone not to stay here either.
