This hotel is amazing. I have stayed here for years. HOWEVER, TRIP DOT COM needs to update what kind of room you are getting here. TRIP DOT COM does not know the specifics. In addition, check your BOOKING DATE. If you do a google search and log in thinking that you will be staying the same dates, TRIP DOT COM might push your search date to another day. Again, THIS HOTEL IS FAB. PERIOD. TRIP DOT COM needs some help :)

It was a good escape from my home for a night. The staff were super friendly. It was nice to have vending machines nearby so we didn’t have to go anywhere. We didn’t get to try the restaurant but I hope to try it on my next stay. I absolutely loved the view from our room. Beds weren’t the comfiest for me personally but it wasn’t a big deal for me. I loved the pool area. I only wished the pool was a tad bit warmer since the hot tub is 18 and up. My toddler was freezing so we couldn’t swim long like we had hoped. I loved the direct beach access. Overall I loved our stay.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room service restaurant was too busy to take room service the night we stayed which I found very strange but we just went elsewhere instead. Everything is a little dated and in need of maintenance. Our room made terrible noises all night long and I hardly slept. It was a weird bathroom pipe that sounded like it was constantly running and banging all night long. Wouldn’t stay again if I am being honest but it was very last minute visit so oh well. Thanks to the friendly staff. ❤️

The hotel honestly blew me away. It was super clean and the staff was friendly. Wendy was great. The Ocean view at Surftides was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back there! Thank you Surftides and staff for an incredible overnight stay!

Enjoyed. We were on bottom floor on beach. Great room but no WiFi at all in the room. Had to go outside and up stairs for reception. Everything else was very nice. Older but comfortable bed and cute decor. No complains

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here with an upgraded ocean view room. The rooms are in nice, comfortable condition. Bed was excellent and we had everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

On our way to the Surftides hotel we called about an early checkin and were informed they were closed due to an emergency repair. They said they informed all 3rd party sales sites the day before. We never received a phone call or email about this. We had to drive through Lincoln City searching for a comparable hotel. We ended up at the Pelican Shores right next door to Surftides and could not have been happier with the service we received from them.

Hotel was closed due to the Fire Marshall and was not notified until we showed up and saw the sign.

We got upgraded to Ocean View on 4th floor. Room was great, clean and will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the steam-room is out of order and the sauna did not heat up enough but the jacuzzi was great.
