I had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and the service exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife have spent 7 nights in this place and I am amazed of the high standards that this place offers. Beautiful place, nice, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast and very friendly staff! Pool and bar are located on the roof, so you can swim or have an aperitive with a nice view of the sea. We were informed that sundbeds and an umbrella at the beach are included with our booking. An absolute recommendation even it's not as cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. We will definitely come back!

When we wanted to check out 1 day earlier than planned and booked (due to an emergency case) within a stay of 6 nights in the dependance (luxury suites) we were informed by the lady at the reception, that we have to pay a penalty for earlier departure! I could not believe as the room was already fully paid for the whole period and asked about the reason. The answer was, that they are not able to sell the apartment again due to the short notice (15:00). But they would ask the management if the penalty in this case could be released. I could hardly believe and I explained again that we have already paid for the room for the whole period and asked why they want to sell the room a second time when it was already sold to us? Again I was told that they are not able to sell it again and that it is the hotel's policy - unbelievable! At the end we had not to pay the penalty for earlier check-out (for an apartment that was already sold to us and fully paid !!) but the hotel has lost loyal guests, that came frequentenly over the past 10 years, as we will definitely not come back to this place.

Wir verbrachten Anfang September 2024 fünf Tage im Hotel Italia Palace. Das letzte Mal waren wir 2015 hier. Das Hotel ist noch immer gleich stil- und geschmackvoll. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst nett und aufmerksam. Die von uns gebuchte Junior Suite mit Klimatisierung ist sehr geräumig mit bequemem Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen, der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Das Abendessen ist insgesamt fisch-lastig und sehr gut, für uns von Vorteil. Die Getränke-Preise sind moderat. Bis zum zugehörigen Bagno 1 sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Strand ist sauber und gepflegt.

Hôtels qui mérite même 5 étoiles c’est vraiment un hôtel de classe mondiale. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et chaleureux et prend énormément soin de ses clients. Les chambres très propre avec des lits très confortable sans oublier la nourriture qui est très bonne et propose des plats locaux. L’hotel mi ha lasciato senza parole, servizio ottimo e camera ampie con una bella luce naturale, camera pulita e comoda per una famiglia.
