Excellent room, but realize the rooms are not air conditioned. They do have fans in the room and the windows do open so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection of American items as well as European style breakfast items. Parking is actually in a public lot around the corner but worked just fine. Great location with easy walking to restaurants and shopping.

After checking the reviews I was slightly worried about staying here but I would return again any day. There are parts of the hotel that are currently being updated and some rings a lot smaller than others but they all did the job! The food in the restaurant was fantastic both breakfast and dinner. The bar was fully staffed. The receptionist was always smiling and totally understood the British needed a larger pot for the tea 😂.

This hotel was noisy, dirty and run down. The restaurant turns into a nightclub later in the evening. The lady at the check-in desk offered us ear plugs and told us she moved us to a quieter room, before we'd even set food in our room. Despite this, we could still hear loud music in our room until ~3am. The room was covered in dust, the sheets were marked, there were dead bugs on the windowsill and we found a small patch of dried blood on our bathroom floor. Food served in the restaurant and the friendly lady at the check-in desk, were the only good things about our stay.

Room was old and dirty. Staff was rude. Asked to change the room but they refused. We checked out and got another hotel through **********. The only thing is going for this hotel is the location.

How terribly sad to see what was at one time most likely a beautiful hotel so uncared for. Only stay here if you cannot find other accommodations and are in jeopardy of sleeping in your car or if they give you the room for free. The rooms are very unsanitary and could use a good scrubbing and vacuum job. Don’t be fooled by the photographs on the hotels website for a minute

Service i restaurangen dålig!

We had superior double room. Room was small with view on the roof. Not all lamps were working, so it was dark in the room. Plus we found a dirty sock under the bed.

Always nice staying at Stadt. Great breakfast. Great bar with a nice restaurant. Trendy interior and very nice staff.

Stayed two nights in a single room, no cleaning between day 1 and 2. The breakfast was 100% ok. The hotel has got nice surrondings but the rooms needs refurbishing, the rooms are old and are in need of a total makeover, especially the bathrooms. I recommend you to instead stay at hotel Läckö next to Stadt hotel, I've stayed there as well for two nights and that is also a very old hotel but the bathrooms seemed to be brand new with tiles etc.
