We must give a big shout out to the bartenders (Paola, Yassira (lobby/lounge) and Jeremy (The Trainee at the pool) best drinks we had at the resort hands down! They made our experience great! Ultimately, we give those three individuals "STAR CLASS" customer service!
STAR CLASS experience...we did not purchase for an additional cost just to have access to make reservations at restaurants and to drink premium alcohol was NOT WORTH IT!
In addition, the guest that had STAR CLASS all complained about the food not being good and ended up eating again at the cafeteria buffet.
The TIMESHARE guy - Called us as soon as we got in our room and wanted to come and meet us. Ultimately, he is fighting for a promotion and asked us to come to this event for an hour to check out the selling pitch. Before the event occurred that Friday (we arrived on Wednesday), he promised me all these things the resort was going to do for me because my birthday was on Saturday.
Before Friday, we felt the resort was not a brand we saw ourselves investing in and ultimately canceled. Do you think they acknowledged me on my birthday, even though, I also informed them that we was celebrating my birthday! So my wife and I ran into him several times after we canceled and he walked by us without speaking so unprofessional.
Housekeeping: Several guess complained about items being taken from the room such as medicine.
In summary, if you're not STAR CLASS they treat you unfairly and I advise you stay elsewhere.
