우드스프링 스위트 렉싱턴(WoodSpring Suites Lexington Southeast)

Would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. It was horrible to say the least. We actually had to change rooms and ended up leaving. We had 5 rooms booked and none was acceptable to stay in considering the cleanliness or I should say the lack of. Then we found bugs. We immediately left. Not to mention the hotel at check in smelled like you was standing in a dispensary.

Rougher crowd in the area but the room, kinda loud outside the room but was plenty big and clean.

The shower water pressure was awful. The staff agreed to move me to a different room but behaved as if I were being annoying. If you’re low on funds this is the hotel for you.

When I checked in they gave me a room that someone was already in… quite a surprise at 11:00 when I walked in! I was then moved to the “newest remodeled room” and it was disgusting!! Cabinet doors falling off, missing doors on cabinets base trim in the room falling off, pieces of moldy Sheetrock falling into the tub as I showered, the bed was a step above a jailhouse bunk, I couldn’t shut off the tv because the remote didn’t have batteries so I had to move the furniture to unplug the tv.the floors were so sticky disgusting that I had to wear shoes to go from the bed to the bathroom, so I then made a path of towels and sheets on the floor so I didn’t have to touch them. The room had an odor in it that made my eyes burn so I opened the window only to have the **** and cigarette smoke then pour into it and the Hispanic music from the surrounding rooms was blaring all night and when I left at 8am the music was still going. I would definitely not recommend this establishment

Didn't look safe to overnight, people hanging out in parking lot, customers arguing over cutlery. Bad feel.

It is an extended stay facility. The staff responded quickly to requests. It has “bare bones” in terms of convenience and meeting necessities. The bed was good, the TV worked, bathroom was clean. There was a complete kitchen but no supplies. You can rent nonconsumable kitchen needs.

Property was under construction with a floor renovation project—piles of debris in hallways

I will not recommend for everyone * Zero ⭐ never stay that kind of hotel in my life I have to book other hotel after two days stay 😞

Great manager and friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms.
