헬스장이 있는 루이스버그 호텔

우리는 IHG 포인트에 여기에 머물렀고,이 방에 대해 최대 125 달러를 지불 할 것 같아요. 꽤 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 나는 내 아이들이 서로를 차지 않고 잠을 잘 수 있도록 풀 아웃 소파와 두 개의 퀸이있는 방법을 좋아했습니다! 엘리베이터 근처에 있다는게 걱정이 되었는데 전혀 귀찮지 않았습니다. 수영장도 좋았습니다. 거의 황량한 곳(주위에 괴로워하는 손님이 걸어다녔지만 사라져버렸음)이었는데, 조식은 꽤 붐비고 있었습니다. 요청에 따라 승무원은 테이블을 닦았습니다. 그들은 아침 서두르는 동안 커피 만들기와 재고품에 약간 압도 당했다. 달콤한 시나몬 롤이있는 기본 HIE 아침 식사였습니다. 이 호텔은 공동묘지나 월마트가 내려다 보이지만 루이스버그로 향하고 기이한 산책과 좋은 식당을 즐길 수 있습니다.

우리는 여기에 여러 번 머물렀고 항상 행복했습니다. 직원들은 언제나처럼 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 이번에는 몇 가지 부정적인 점이 있었습니다. 알람 시계는 오전 4시에 울렸고 실제로 꺼져 있는지 확인하기 위해 플러그를 뽑기 위해 조명을 켜야했습니다. 월요일 아침 우리 샤워는 전날 밤 더웠지만 꽤 추웠습니다. 호텔에 사람이 거의 없어서 뜨거운 물을 사용하는 사람이 너무 많았을 수 없었습니다. 우리는 말 그대로 아침 식사에 유일한 사람이었고 주스 기계가 고장 났고 젤리가 없다는 것을 제외하고는 꽤 좋았습니다. 스튜어디스는 매우 친절했습니다. 그녀는 사과하고 주문했지만 받지 못했다고 말했습니다. 수영장에는 ”유지 보수를 위해 폐쇄됨”이라는 표지판이 있었지만 유지하는 사람은 없었습니다. 이 시대에 나는 그들에게 의심의 이점을 주고 그들이 부품을 기다릴 수 있음을 인정할 것입니다. 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 우리는 그들이 세부 사항에 대한 관심을 날려 주기를 바랍니다. 나는 Fairfield Inn 가격에 Ritz를 기대하지 않지만 뜨거운 샤워를 요구하는 것은 너무 많지 않습니다.

Great hotel. Everything was clean. Location is first stop light off interstate. Noise level was acceptable. Breakfast area provided a robust choice of breakfast. Staffed kept buffet trays full. Only complaint was that check-in clerk teamed of cigarette smoke(I am allergic too) but otherwise everything was smooth.

I’ll start with the good things. The rooms are brand new, hard to mess that up. Spacious and well appointed. Moving on to the not so good. Cleanliness……..meh. Carpet needed vacuumed and there were lady bugs all over the windows and wall. That happens this time of year, but with dead ones on the carpet, I’m gonna say this room hasn’t been swept in a while. On to the WORST part of my cut short stay - not due to my business trip but due to staff interactions. The front desk conversation made me feel like I was dealing with a disgruntled employee. Brianna was bothered by my question about staying a second night with a different reservation and wanting to stay in the same room without checking out and having to check back in the following day. I had to ask her for her name and then for the manager’s name, Angela. I asked if Angela was on-site and Brianna said she was right behind me. I turned around to speak with Angela and was met with a head turn. Apparently the front desk staff inherited their awesome and enthusiastic personalities from their supervisor. I finally almost asked to cancel my second night’s stay. I’d rather stay at a place much older with a friendly staff than feel like I’m not welcome. Of course, my second night couldn’t be refunded and I was still going to be charged, and I refused to flush my money down the toilet, Hopefully I won’t have to interact with the front desk anymore than absolutely necessary. If this place had a staff as nice as the facility, it would be awesome! At least 4 stars. With the current management, Angela - the manager and Brianna - director of sales (she threw that in after I asked for her name) was as nice as their surroundings, this place would thrive. If nothing is done about the current attitudes of the current employees, this site will never make it. Sad, really.
