Hotel wurde renoviert, Foyer war eine Baustelle, Aufzüge innen gegen Beschädigung durch Arbeiter verkleidet, Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet, keine Temperaturregelung möglich. Das gebuchte Frühstück fiel aus, erst vor Ort wurde der bezahlte Preis zurückerstattet - keinerlei Info durch das Hotel im Vorfeld. Zimmer selbst für ein Ibis Budget - habe in mehreren gewohnt - winzig. Nur ein Stuhl und ein kleiner Nachttisch für zwei Gäste. Keine Seife und kein Zahnputzbecher im Bad, keine Bürste in der Toilette. Fernbedienung des TV auf osteuropäische Sprache umgestellt, Service konnte nicht helfen. Um dieses Hotel sollte man zu zweit einen großen Bogen machen!

Séjour excellent je suis très très très content, Hôtel très propre, service très bien, la femme de ménage passe tout Les jours Pour le nettoyage et changement des draps, petit déjeuner abandonte à 10 euros. Vraiment jamais vu. Moi si je retourne en vacances en Belgique, je dors au même hôtel.

There're renovated room but mine was not. If you want to stay in clean room, please request that to hotel before you stay. But it's really close to the main train station and good for short stay. And there's no kettle, no hair dryer but there's a tv

Rapport qualité prix correct- Petit déjeuner très bien - très bonnes acoustique et literie - personnel du matin sympathique… dommage que l’accueil fut très froid l’employée ne parlait pas français et n’a montré aucun effort de communication donc un peu compliqué surtout selon moi pour une chaîne d’hôtel internationale comme Ibis

We especially liked the proximity to the restaurants and bars.

近Leuven火車站好方便，相對其他酒店算係價錢唔錯嘅選擇，酒店樓下亦有早餐提供，酒店職員都願意幫助所有問題。

Une expérience dramatique !!!! 4h 15 du matin .. la porte de notre chambre s’ouvre !! Des étudiants anglais ont ouvert la porte avec une carte sur la serrure ! ! Heureusement nous étions 3 hommes !!! Imaginez 3 femmes !!! Il était plein alcool !!!! Parler à la réception mais apparemment pas choqué le barbu rouquin… c moi la sécurité… alors tu f quoi ?? A 5h40 du matin les jeunes était à l’entrée de l’hôtel encore avec de la bière !!!! Même pas un prix pour la chambre …2 nuits !

L'hotel offre un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Stanza piccola ma pulita ed essenziale. Ha un grande valore la posizione: centro storico raggiungibile a piedi, stazione treni sotto l'hotel comodissima, parcheggi.
