We have an annual visit for a week late summer, why? It is our favourite hotel, in a very pleasant town. Familiarity increases the experience. Our top of the range sat-nav thinks the Zoo is the Hotel. Turn right, not left at the final critical Y-junction. Plenty of parking, some dedicated, electric charging available. Staff are excellent. We were pleased when we got ones which did not speak much Englich, it improved our opportunities for practicing French. Our bedroom was a delight, a good size with balcony, the view - the outside pool, Lac de Tanchet and Bay of Biscay. The only criticism we have is that although there are plenty of lights the illumination is poor. The room furniture can be summed up by noting that there is an electric shoe cleaner on each floor. Breakfast and dinner offerings excellent. Although the Le Paquebot menu might become wearing if one ate in all week.

Staying here for seven nights during our three weeks in France was the accommodaion hightlight. Assess is best done with a satnav, plenty of parking but generally not many spaces available. Cycle storage in a large shed. At least two EV charging points, some disabled bays. Our good sixed bedroom with balcony provided a wonderful view over Lake Tanchat to the Atlantic.. Well appointed bathroom with plenty of shelves and hooks. This illustrates the standard of the hotel, everything is well thought out. Breakfast excellent including smoked salmon, oysters and sparkling wine. Dinners first class, we used the Le Paquebot menu which incororated the 'plat du jour' - highly recommended.

Although this hotel is marketed and focused toward tourists / holiday makers it really looked after our party while in Les Sables d'Olonne on business. Good food (as you'd expect) and excellent hospitality made the trip a real pleasure. It's one of those few places you visit on business and think 'I'd really like to come back here on holiday'.

Great hotel with really superior service, beautiful view, great amenities, relaxing spa, delicious restaurant. We all enjoyed our stay, from the young adults to the parents to the grandmother: there was something for everyone. I would definitely go back, and highly recommend it.

In choosing MGallery hotels I am always sure of quality and level of service. My stay was very pleasant, staff were so welcoming and professional. As usual breakfast was a treat. The facilities were amazing, especially the swimming pool and the location was equal to none

Great place; second time we booked here. Came with kids aged 7, 10 and 14; the outdoor pool, the gym, the indoor pool, the bike hire, ... there is stuff to do to suit all ages. Great restaurant also. We will be back! Two minor disappointments to be be improved upon: *I am Accor Platinum, and we were 6 staying in two rooms (including one suite). Yet, the complimentary Platinum welcome drink covered only a drink for one person - this comes across as a bit cheap. *I have emailed the hotel three times (!) in the four days running up to our arrival, to inquire about the situation of the rooms (we wanted them close together) and the possility of an early check-in; I have never received any reply. This is really borderline unprofessional, especially for a hotel of this price range.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , les chambres et l'espace aquatique sont fabuleux, les petits déjeuners au restaurant variés et copieux, le personnel courtois et très professionnel. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Thalasso très agréable. L'accueil est particulièrement souriant et tout le personnel très à l'écoute. Les locaux sont impecables. Point négatif : très mauvaise odeur d'égouts dans les salles de soin. C'est vraiment très dommage quand on souhaite se détendre...
