Great hotel and stuff, very positive attitude in the reception. Great nutritional breakfast, and very clean room. the first pool is not warm enough, but the second family pool is great. the outdoors jacuzzi is great also, so is the variety of the saunas. Very important tip: close the deal directly with the hotel website and do it as soon as possible to get the best packages and prices - I took a package that included the skipass - and it was worth it.

Spacious family room. Good breakfast and great location in the middle of town right next to shops. Spa is nice as well. We will stay here again. We didn't have our dog with us so I can't rate how dog-friendly they are or if they provide dog bowls or dog beds;)

This was our second visit and we had a very enjoyable 2 week stay at this excellent hotel . Everyone is very friendly and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Everything is of a high standard. It is also in a great position to enjoy all that Lenzerheide has to offer.

Hotel Lenzerhorn is absolutely wonderful. Nice and clean rooms, great location, excellent service. The and very helpful staff. This was our second stay but hopefully won't be the last one. Highly recommended.

Old fashioned and stuffy and in desperately needing refurbishment. They charged us 600 CHF for a room, I don't think the bathroom as been touched for 30 years! You have to be joking a total rip off. They are trading on the central location. We had dinner and had a Swiss speciality raclette cheese. The problem is here they used the cheep kind of cheese you can get from COOP so all you end up with is a rubbery mess. Not the wonderful taste of a mature cheese. Also the raclette machine did not work.... To top it off the waiter got look very put out when we refused to leave a tip. No question of what could be don't better. Swiss arrogance at its worse. Don't go and give them the satisfaction the you can charge central London prices for a poor product and service.

We stayed for 12 days in this lovely hotel. The location is excellent and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We were lucky enough to be able to have most evening meals outside on the terrace which added to the enjoyment of our meals. Breakfast was also excellent. A very welcoming and proficent hotel. Looking forward to returning!

Great location, nice rooms, good restaurants and helpful staff. One of the best hotels we have seen in the area. It also has a spa and a game room. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would probably stay again. No complains at all. Recommended

We were a group of about 10 people staying for a long weekend in March 2022. The hotel staff were very flexible, pragmatic and service-minded, and everyone left with a great impression. They managed to dig up extra rooms even though hotel was full, and our tours of the wine cellar gave great intro to Swiss and int'l wines
