A Gem in the Alps – A Stay Worth Writing Home About Where does one even begin? LeCrans is, quite simply, a slice of heaven perched high in the Swiss Alps. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests but as old friends, returning to a home we never knew we had. Ryan—charming fellow, impeccable manners—welcomed us with the sort of warmth that makes you feel instantly at ease. Capucine and Ophélie, two absolute marvels, ensured that not a hair was out of place during our stay, while Renan and Diego added their own brand of polished hospitality, leaving us thoroughly spoiled. The views? Simply amazing! Snow-dusted peaks, rolling clouds, and sunsets that would make even the most hardened cynic weep. The spa, I must say, is a masterpiece of indulgence—so relaxing, I feared I might never leave. And the food? A symphony of flavors that danced about the palate. LeCrans isn’t merely a hotel, dear reader; it’s a triumph. A place where service, scenery, and savoir-faire collide in glorious harmony. Bravo to the team. And yes, we’ll be back. One can’t resist such perfection, after all!

We stayed at one of the 3 Luxurious apartments at LeCrans Hotel and Spa. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, all with a fantastic view of the mountains. This hotel is located almost at the top of the mountain. However, the hotel provides you with free transport within the Crans-Montana area in one of their luxurious Mercedes cars. If you are in a group of 3 people or more they have a small Mercedes bus, they also use that bus in case you have a lot of luggage. They have an S-Class Mercedes car as well for transport within Crans-Montana to the hotel. We used both cars during our stay and the driver "Rayan" is one of the kindest people you can meet there. We had some nice conversations with Rayan and I have high respect for his decent attitude and I recommend his company a lot. On arrival, we were welcomed by Giovanna "head of guest relations". She was very down to earth and she accompanied us to the apartment and explained everything in detail. I forgot to mention that I was welcomed with a hot refreshing small towel to balance the cold. That was a nice touch actually. What I liked the most in this hotel was the brilliant views of the mountains where the snow has covered literally everything. I took some pictures from my room and the terras where you can see and feel what I mean haha. I also liked swimming in the heated outside pool where the water temperature was around 35 degrees, the snow was falling which added an extra pleasure to my moment. It was a nice feeling and I can't describe it in some words. The breakfast was served in a restaurant with a view to the mountains too. There is an option to have your breakfast ordered to your room but we preferred to have our breakfast in the restaurant. The chef was nice and smiley. We ate a delicious breakfast. In general, I can rate this experience as one of the most unique travels I have ever had. Everything was perfectly designed and in every corner of the apartment there was a touch of beauty. My wife and I had an amazing time in Mont-Blanc Hotel Leysin.The Staff is very friendly and the services is amazing.Very convenient location and easy access to the main attractions in Leysin.I recommend for any human being that loves the nature, fresh air and adventure…

My 3rd stay in LeCrans Hotel & Spa and still the same level of excellence in service, food, spa, location and for the first time inside one of the 4 Prestige apartments of the resort. Amazing weather was with us this time and photos are telling it without using to many words ! I'll be back !!!

Le Crans was the best experience during our whole trip in Europe. Everything was simply perfect. The accommodations including the hotel's whatsapp account and the shuttle service were extremely convenient and made us want to come back. The staff in particular was outstanding. Everyone including Giovanna was extremely professional and kind, they made our memory in+image of Switzerland perfect. Definitely going to revisit. Beautiful place, even more beautiful people with beautiful souls.

LeCrans is really my favourite hotel! I travel a lot all over the world, but LeCrans is outstanding. Their service is 5 out of 5, the rooms are so beautiful and the food as well. We come here twice a year for several years now and are always so happy to be here. I would really recommend this hotel!
