Pleasant hotel, however without doubt the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I initially booked via booking.com where no upfront payment was required. I had to make an amendment to the booking and cancelled booking.com and booked Direct with hotel. I was travelling with my wife for business and to meet with Dutch colleagues at the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, I was informed they had 2 bookings for me. I advised this was a mistake and the receptionist told me that it was ‘no problem’ and the second room would be cancelled. The next day I received an email cancellation with an invoice for the 2 nights which had been taken from my company credit card. I explained that the booking was an error but the response inferred that I was lying and had booked the room for other unknown guests. Had I have known I was being charged for the room, I would have found someone somewhere who could have used it. Eventually after some e-mails I was offered a refund for the 2nd night on the basis that the hotel wasn’t full that night. I asked for a manager to review the situation and for refund to be credited back to card I paid with. I have received no further communication from the hotel or any refund. I spoke to my bank who advised the hotels position was that 2 bookings had been made and were therefore chargeable despite e-mails to contrary re refund for 1 night. I have stayed in a number of hotels in The Netherlands for business and never experienced such poor service. On a plus point, the hotel is quite nice and is in a nice town, but will not be visited again by me.

멋진 호텔! 기차역 건너편에 완벽한 위치와 시내까지 짧은 도보 거리. 작은 발코니와 좌석 공간이 있는 매우 크고 편안한 객실입니다. 객실에는 헤어드라이어와 커피/차를 포함한 모든 편의 시설이 있습니다. 매우 추천하고 확실히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

우리는 회의를 위해 Leeuwarden에 있어야했기 때문에 최근에이 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 호텔은 매우 새롭고 매우 아름답게 장식되어 있습니다. 로비는 플러시 소파와 세련된 장식으로 매우 매력적입니다. 바도 매우 세련되게 보이며 사용할 수 없다는 것이 유감이었습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 현대적인 욕실이 있어 매우 편안했습니다. 나는이 방에서 아무 잘못도 할 수 없었습니다. 발코니와 고속도로를 바라보는 창문은 소음이 빡빡해서 아주 잘 잤습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 고객은 매우 다양한 음식이 있는 조식 뷔페를 방문하기 위해 슬롯에 넣었습니다. 마지막으로 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다. 머무는 동안 모든 사람이 우리를 맞이했습니다. 호텔은 훌륭하고 도심에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치하여 빠른 방문을 위한 이상적인 장소입니다. 나는 사우나와 바와 같은 모든 시설이 다시 한 번 모두에게 열려 있기를 바랍니다. 멋진 숙박에 감사드립니다!

We were looking for a lodging with a small kitchenette whenever I found the Alibi Hostel. As a couple in our 40s, we didn't know how well we'd be received at a hostel, but the staff didn't blink an eye. The double room was perfect for us. The staff was very accommodating with providing us with a fan and one of the double rooms without bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped. Two refrigerators for sharing. The mattresses were more comfortable than I would have expected. The bathrooms are kept quite clean with the shower and toilet facilities separate from each other. Pleased that they provided linens, pillows, and towels. The only small issue we had was that Wi-Fi went in and out late at night, likely when most people were using it. Regardless, would recommend. The building is very unique.

호텔 위치는 NHL Stenden University 바로 옆에 있습니다. 졸업식에 참석하기 위해 돌아왔습니다. 나는 단지 호텔을 경험하기 위해 왔다. 무료 주차가 가능하고 조식은 제공되지 않지만 괜찮을 것입니다. 조식뷔페를 봤습니다. 가장 싼 방을 예약했는데도 의외로 인테리어가 너무 좋고 아늑하고 포근하고 가격도 매우 비쌌다. 객실 내 무료 식수와 초콜릿, 말린 자두와 견과류. 다시 예약합니다!

침대가 좋은 매우 넓고 아름다운 현대적인 방. 나쁜 방도 매우 넓습니다. 욕실에 약간의 모래가 있다는 것은 슬프다. 요점은 Leuwarden Center까지 도보로 약 20 분 거리입니다. 또한 방에 냉장고가 없었습니다.

My husband and I stayed here a few nights. Great location to City Center. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. We didn’t use the restaurant option because we felt it to be more expensive than what was offered locally. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We would consider staying here again. Not sure why they have so many negative reviews- maybe it’s expectation / perceptions?
