I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

Check in was fast and smooth. Very friendly and warm service. However the double bed might be a bit small for two people.

I recently stayed at Quebecs Hotel in Leeds for one night, and I wanted to share my mixed experience. The location was convenient, especially given my unexpected overnight stay due to a train cancellation. The room was clean and had a great location near the train station. However, I felt a sense of unease during check-in, as my boyfriend and I, both Asian students, seemed to be treated differently compared to other seemingly wealthier guests. It's disheartening to feel this disparity in trea**ent. One notable issue was the lack of transparency regarding extra charges. While there was a notice about minibar charges affecting our £50 deposit, there was no mention of additional charges for toiletries. When we requested a toothbrush set, we were given it without any mention of the extra cost. It's not about the money (£7 in total), but the hotel's failure to communicate these charges upfront is disappointing and feels dishonest. Moreover, being placed on the ground floor, we expected some external noise, but the loud chatting between receptionists and other customers at 9:30 am was quite disruptive. I understand that noise is inevitable, but I believe the hotel should take more care in minimizing morning disturbances, especially for ground floor guests. I do not think this level of customer service reaches 4-star hotel standards, and I hope the hotel takes steps to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, my stay at Quebecs Hotel had its positives, but the issues with transparency and the feeling of being treated unequally left me with a less-than-satisfactory experience. I hope the hotel can address these concerns to improve the overall customer experience.

Good hotel but have bad experience. As I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 I booked a suite to have a quiet night but at around 4:00am I was woken up by a loud knocking on the door, I don't know how long he had been there, I was very disturbed to see through the peephole a drunken male in a grey blouse on the floor, he kept screaming and banging on the door next to a person in a pink skirt in front of my door , I was very scared and I called the front desk in a hurry and the front desk kicked him out. But I was mentally damaged, I was woken up at 4am by knocking on the door, I was in the hotel alone as a female and my personal mental state was seriously damaged, however the hotel did not give me any feedback either, this night was the worst night of my stay.

Clean, tastefully furnished, very large rooms. Had a pleasant night’s stay. However, I felt that as a Black woman, I was met with some caution/suspicion by particularly one member of staff, as I initially approached the desk to check-in that evening; it certainly wasn’t a warm welcome. Top tip: Q Two car park LS1 2FH, Just Park, £18 for two days and easy walk to the hotel.

很古老的百年老店，房間很傳統的歐洲風格，住到裏面有穿越歷史的感覺，歺廳不是自助，有套歺選擇，還有會中文的服務人員，門前正在修路，停車不太方便，值得一試。

位置好近 離火車站走幾步就到 好方便！ 房間大歐式高級感

酒店靠近市中心，酒店員工很有禮貌，酒店沐浴露洗頭水很好
