리즈를 둘러보기에 좋은 위치입니다. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 모든 스테이션에 유인이 있는 것은 아니어서 직원 수가 충분하지 않았습니다. 객실은 깨끗했지만 복도와 공공 장소는 매우 더럽고 더 정기적인 청소가 필요합니다. 글루텐 불내증은 빵 외에는 제공되지 않습니다.

좋은 호텔과 훌륭한 저녁 식사. 큰 실망은 아침 식사의 혼돈이므로 별 1개입니다. 장비가 고장난 것은 이해하지만 더 잘 처리해야 합니다. 직원들의 잘못이 아니라 이 혼란을 자체적으로 처리하기 위해 직원들을 실망시킨 것은 관리자의 잘못입니다. 제대로 관리되지 않는 사랑스러운 프리미어 여관인 만큼 안타까운 일입니다. 열심히 일하고 있는 짧은 직원들에게 큰 공을 돌립니다. 귀하의 관리자가 귀하를 위해 일을 정리하기를 바랍니다.

hocking experience.. Reception staff seemed to not care. My room wouldn’t lock so I couldn’t leave the room until they had come to fix it. The staff member proceeded to bring up a screwdriver to remove part of the locking mechanism.. he brought the wrong screw driver up. Eventually he removed part of the locking mechanism, which made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. Skip forward to the evening, the heating wouldn’t turn on in my room. I tried to call reception but after 6 attempts no one answered. I then had to get dressed and go down to reception. A member of staff came out of a small room and I stated the heating does not turn on in my room.. The staff member said “ oh yeh.. we can do that down here” NEVER have I stayed at a hotel where I haven’t had access to turn the heating on in a room I am paying for! I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Fortunately there are many other options in Leeds to choose from.

The bed is very good, the breakfast OK, but the evenig meal was a let down again, my dessert was going to be served before my main course, which was, it itself disappointing. The quality of cooking leaves a certain amount to be desired. The hotel is in a good location, a matter of minutes from the railway station and city centre.

Check in was easy, friendly staff, not impressed with the room. One bath and face towel. When you have travelled for over 4 hours you need to freshen up with a shower, had to reuse both towels again in the morning. Hair dryer was on a short cord so pointless, no iron or ironing board, in rooms, I imagine you could request from reception but was on a tight time scale to freshen up and go out. Had to put shower on full blast of hot water for over 10 minutesto get creases out of polo top which I hung up in bathroom. I hate waste but was a needs must situation. Bed decent, nothinig special regarding comfiness, and the bar only had one beer which was Coors on tap. I thought quite hard before deciding to rate it 3/5 as staff are great. and did consider a score of 4. Breakfast average, no muesli or dried fruit availble with cereal selection. I think for the price you would be better off looking to spend an extra 10 or 20 pound and booking somwhere else

I made a reservation via the telephone for a business stay at the Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road) Check in Mon 24 Feb 2025 from 3pm Check out Tue 25 Feb 2025 before 12pm (1 night) After a few hours I had not received confirmation of the booking, so called the number of the reservation and on 3 different calls I was told, sorry you have no booking. I logged into my company credit card and said you have taken the money. The authorisation code was Transaction time 01:27 pm Authorisation code 087157 Despite all of the above I was informed that no booking was made, and there was nothing they could do. I am regularly having to make company bookings, but in light of the above, I will not be choosing this hotel chain again, awful service
