Mmm tFirst of all, hotel is ok, but will never stay here again. Ever. Pros: Hotel was clean, room was clean, had a dehumidifier that worked wonders with the Florida humid weather. Cleaning stuff was friendly, they couldn't really do much to help or know how to, but they were nice. There's a computer in the breakfast area that's good for a quick search, flight check in, etc. Free wifi n parking. Cons.: Virtual assistant was friendly to us, but witnessed some interactions with other arriving customers that weren't that professional tbh. Working in customer service, I know you have hard times every now n then, but keep your face neutral pls. No need to have a complain when you can avoid it. Pool was closed, think they were renovating it, A/C in breakfast/business area was broken (which we complained more than a few times with virtual assistants that couldn't really see what was happening), after a few days they said, yup, it's broken. Given that there was a maintenance guy on site most days, guess he should have noticed temp was way over 80 inside, sometimes felt even hotter that outdoors. The maintenance guy seemed to be spending more time sitting in the breakfast area with his cell or couches that actually maintaining anything. Only cold breakfast, except for waffle maker. Hardboiled eggs not really my thing, There were also apples, yoghurt, cereals, muffins and bread you could toast, truly missed options resembling American traditional breakfast, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, anything hot actually. Felt truly that it wasn't a safe place to stay, anyone could wonder around, even if not staying. Sometimes, you'd see side door open and blocked from closing cos cleaning crew was taking stuff out, there are cameras, but with no staff there full time, not knowing if someone is watching, gave me the creep. No front desk, means anyone can go in. No one to ask for anything on site, like I said, cleaning crew was helpful to a point, they're not front desk, and no one expects them to be, since that's not what their being paid for, also English might be an issue. Last thing, shower: it's one of those built in, so for people over 6'3” prepare to face the shower head, eye to eye.
