We are staying at Vittoria Luxury House now, leaving tomorrow. Our room and facilities are fantastic. Spotlessly clean and everything you need. If breakfast is included in your stay, the pastries are delicious. The very best part of our stay though is the service/communication given by Elisa. She has been so very helpful. From providing recommended restaurants to organising transport. Great position to everything. Would highly recommend.

I booked Vittoria Luxury House as was travelling to a friends wedding. The owner cancelled my stay with less than 1 weeks notice, alleging there was an issue with the booking system, resulting in an overbooking. I was asked to move to an alternative B&B which was not of an equitable standard and I was quoted a "discounted" price that was more expensive than could be found online. Having read other reviews from those who have had the same experience, I sought alternative accomodation independently. Very poor and claims that booking errors that I and others have experienced are spurious.

The manager of this property is running a bait and switch scam. We booked Room 2 almost a year ahead, but received a text message 2 days prior to arrival (already on the road) to say they were over-booked, and would we mind staying at an alternate, equivalent BnB? We agreed, foolishly. BnB Fico is NOTHING like equivalent to VLH, and had no view, no ambience, horrendous street noise, and no safe. The result, fractious exchanges with the manager, and an extremely valuable watch stolen from our (double locked) room. Never again. Note that MANY reviews for this property on the various booking sites mention this "over-booked" scam, by which they avoid paying any booking fees for their steady stream of guests.

There was a mix up with our booking 2 days prior to arrival despite it having been made months in advance. Very stressful but Nicoletta eventually offered us room #3 - the best one - for the same price as our original booking. This is a fabulous room with it’s own private rooftop terrace ( which could do with some nice outdoor furniture). Great location just outside old city with plenty of (paid) street parking nearby. Be warned - quite a narrow steep staircase up to the apartments - bring as little luggage with you as possible- we left our large suitcases locked in the boot of our hirecar. No reception on site but Nicoletta can be reached by WhatsApp and is very helpful with recommendations and reservations.

Une fois passé la porte d'entrée (pas bien indiquée) monté la vingtaine de marche d'escalier.... Quel sympathique accueil par Francesca, au sein cette magnifique demeure merveilleusement rénovée. La situation est parfaite à deux pas du centre historique. Nous avons reçu par notre hôte toute les bonnes adresses pour se restaurer comme des "locaux " et nous avons jamais été déçu. Nous y retournerons.

Pas de négatif pour moi, que du positif. Vittoria luxury house est idéalement située aux portes du centre historique de Lecce ( à peine 5 minutes à pied) . On peut se garer dans les rues à proximité (payant : 1.10 € de l'heure et gratuit entre 14h et 16h et 21h et 9h). L'accueil d'Elisa est très bien, disponible et de bons conseils pour les restaurants et bars ( un whatsapp envoyé avec liste par catégorie). La chambre est joliment décorée avec soins, une très bonne literie, une belle salle de bain (grande douche italienne) avec produits de bain. Grande TV. Wifi gratuit. Machine à café et dosettes gâteaux eau dans la chambre. Un mini bar rempli avec prix très raisonnable. Le bruit ambiant de la rue ne nous a pas gêné, nous sommes en ville... Cette chambre reste notre top 1 de notre séjour.

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs. J'ai passé en tout près de 10 nuits au Vittoria Luxury House. Super accueil, super literie et surclassement dans une superbe chambre (3). Je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner et réellement, je ne m'explique pas les commentaires défavorables.

Le camere sono stupende, grandi, curate nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto molto pulite… la zona centrale (a due passi da s. Oronzo) ma senza la difficoltà di entrare nel centro storico con la macchina e con la possibilità di trovare facilmente parcheggio. Elisa è carinissima e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.
