The attention to detail is impeccable. The accomodations are gorgeous. The owner Paul is very personable and a great host with a wealth of information but only shared if you ask. A very private atmosphere and extremely romantic. My wife and I would definetly come back again. Capital C in Charming recommended with out hesitation or any reservation. M&D

Everything was as promised. Rooms are not large but clean and well furnished. The hospitality is huge. Thoughtful gestures like a basket to use for beach picnic.

Beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and cosy. If you enjoy older houses with tons of character, you’ll love Nicklin House!

Excellent location close to the Ontario Wine country. This beautifully kept 1920's home was cozy and comfortable. The owners, Dominique and Paul were excellent hosts. We felt like old friends. The house has a wonderful back yard with a great patio kitchen complete with a brick oven and a fireplace. Walk to the downtown area is only a couple of blocks up Erie Ave and the lake shore is a casual 1&1/2 mile stroll down Erie ave. The roomrates are to our surprise, VERY reasonable. Continental breakfast is available. Homey atmosphere and charm are plentiful.

Excellent location for restaurants, shopping, and a leisure stroll. The host was superb who was very accommodating and provided everything we needed. The house was located on the main street but the room was quiet. The host even provided ear plugs, which we did not need, for those who are super sensitive to the street noise. Thank you Paul.

This truly a treasure found . We do not travel extensively but after staying at Nicklin House we are feeling B&B is a real travel option for us. We are retired and found the rates very fair in today's market. The check in was without any isssue. Communication with ******* and owners were great. Quiet. The continential breakfast was beyong expectation and presentation in the spacious dining area top notch. Hosts were freindly but offered privacy enjoy the breakfast. Restureants near by . You would not know dogs were there. Prince was a Doodle with real charm. Only comment is with stairs may not be able to accomodate those with mobility issues. We were at a Music Festival in Kingston and 15 min away and coming in later after the event was no issue. You cannot go wrong is you feel comfortable in a B&B accomodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner of this facility treated us like family which made us feel very welcome to their community. We highly recommend visiting Nicklin House.

Great place to hang your hat if you have things to do in the area. Very clean, friendly owners, easy going. You share bathrooms with other guests, but that's not a big deal (there are two well appointed very clean bathrooms) and that concession makes the stay very affordable. A much nicer experience than staying in just about any lower priced hotel. Will stay there again!
