One of the best hotel/resorts I have ever stayed in. Beautiful location in Provence and the grounds are fabulous. Service is tremendous we've been fortunate to stay at many 5 star hotels (four seasons etc) and Villa La Coste was amongst the best for service. Would highly recommend.

We had arrived tired from a long trip, but the reception service could not find our reservation, asking us to check our emails to show them our reservation, we got angry but they also got angry and in the end we were right except that *********** had put the name of our company instead of our name, little excuse for their error, we had paid a high price because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but no gift in the room or even a little note even though I had noted it in the reservation, unacceptable

All the glowing reviews do not lie. This place is magical. We felt so taken care of. Special thanks to the kitchen for catering to our whim of a simple tuna sandwich on a baguette for dinner one evening. It was the most lovingly prepared sandwich we’ve ever eaten.

This is an outstanding place to stay. Beautiful grounds with sculptures, fabulous restaurants and staff who are absolutely wonderful. The fine dining restaurant Hélène Darroze was ok, food was wonderful but the staff not very friendly at all…it was quite an uncomfortable experience. But the Argentinan pop up restaurant chef Javier Rodriguez amazing. With wine pairing, stunning and wonderful service. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace with that amazing view were lovely. The pool is beautiful. I will absolutely stay again and can not recommend it highly enough.

One word. Spectacular! We have stayed at many beautiful hotels but Villa La Coste might be the absolute best. It begins from the moment you walk in. We were tired after a long flight and arrived very early. They welcomed us by name, gave us the key to our room and let us rest before showing us the whole property. The accommodations are incredible. You won’t want to leave! There is nothing they wont do for you. Not only would we go back, but we would stay much longer. It’s the perfect vacation for art, wine, spa,relaxation and be pampered by the phenomenal staff.

I had high expectations having heard great things about La Coste. We were not disappointed! Our stay was perfect, from the warm welcome on arrival (and early check-in) to our leisurely departure. Our suite felt like having our own apartment in Provence. Complimentary bottles of wine, fruits and other treats were generously provided. Dinner at Helene Darroze was very special. The highlight was visiting the outdoor art and architecture at Chateau La Coste. This is a special place. Don’t miss it!

Fantastic at every step. The rooms are luxe, this is not a castle or the like so if that is your desire you will be missing out on a very special experience. The service never misses anything. They arrange everything and anticipate what you may need. We ate at the fine dining which was lovely in a beautiful setting. A little much on the wine markups but everything was so special. The Argentinian restaurant was magnificent and the Italian also nice for a relaxed evening. The rooms are magnificent where you just want to relax all day but the spa and pool await which is terrific. We used both and delighted. The art is remarkable and they offer a tour as it is so expansive. The property is a bit remote but that's part of the magic and you can get to towns in 30 minutes and other day tours in an hour so would not let stand in your way of experiencing this magical property.

This is a beautiful property outside of Aix-en-Provence. For us, we would rather stay closer to town, but if you're looking for a get away this may be the place. We had a pool suite but the weather wasn't really warm enough the 4 nights we were there. We had dinner at the hotels Francois Mallman while Chef was on site. The Spa and massage were very nice. Villa La Coste is known for its art collection and that doesn't disappoint...Damian Hirst (lots) George Nakashima (there is a bench to sit on when checking in...amazing) Ferdinand Leger at breakfast, George Nelson in the lobby, Alexander Calder-one is staying in a museum. We loved going into Aix-en-Provence. We had a great driver (Jeremy) whom I would recommend. The bathroom has a Toto toilet (without all the bells and whistles) which was nice. The suite was lovely.

A truly beautiful experience, including a wonderful top level staff and service, gorgeous spacious accommodations with every little detail imaginable. The architecture, art and food added made this experience very difficult to beat!
