This hotel is a disaster with surly untrained employees and absent management. We checked in at 3:30pm having travelled all day from southern Spain only to be told the room was not ready. It became available 15 minutes later. Being hungry we went to the brasserie which was not open for food until 7pm. We went back at 7 and were told the brasserie was fully booked. We asked to see the manager of the hotel but he was not on the premises. No room service and the restaurant won’t open until 2025. Today the lift is out of service so climb the stairs with luggage to get to the room. Absolutely no assistance. Enter the room at 5:30pm and it is still not made up. Breakfast is a scrum of people in an overcrowded room. Scrambled eggs made from powdered eggs and stone cold.

Séjour a la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons réservé quelques semaines à l'avance et le site était assez facile à gérer. Pour notre arrivée, il manquait un peu de fléchage a l'intérieur du domaine mais nous avons croisé du personnel en extérieur qui nous a gentiment indiqué notre chemin. La chambre était parfaite, idem pour le temps passé au spa. Le petit déjeuner était très complet et délicieux. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil, on reviendra.

Un très bel établissement pour un moment en amoureux. Les chambres sont modernes, propres et bien équipées. Le parc, le château, le spa et tout le reste sont magnifiques malgré la grisaille et la pluie. Le spa n'est pas super grand mais nous y étions très bien et avons pu tout tester sans se sentir opressé par les autres couples. Le restaurant était fermé mais le petit déjeuner a été servi dans une très belle salle du château. Un très bon buffet. Le personnel est très agréable.

Magnifique cadre intérieur comme extérieur. Endroit idéal pour faire une coupure de la vie citadine. Équipement et infrastructure de très bonne qualité. Je recommande fortement et je repartirais un jour dans cet établissement. Petit bémol pour la mauvaise anticipation du flux client sur le week end de l'ascension pour les petits déjeuners.....(Réassort limité même aux alentours dès 9h du matin, activité touristique bien plus importante que d'habitude et cela s'est fait remarquer).

Un beau cadre, un resto au top (quelques soucis au niveau de la commande, mais une équipe souriante et dynamique), on a très bien mangé. Le spa sympathique mais manque d’explications quand la réception n’est pas là. Les casiers ne ferment pas, c’est embêtant pour les effets personnels. La chambre très bien 👍🏻, située au calme, une bonne literie, niveau propreté quelques petites tâches sur le tapis, mais bon rien de méchant. Je terminerai sur le petit déjeuner qui est très très bien 😌, des jus frais, du choix, un accueil au top. Un très chouette séjour!

Personnel professionnel et à l'écoute, cadre très agréable, chambre confortable et propre. Spa dans le domaine avec piscine intérieur et extérieur (vient juste d'ouvrir pour la saison), sauna, hammam, jets, il faut juste penser à prendre sa serviette de l'hôtel pour y aller.
