This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and patio are huge with lots of seating for group gathering. They also have a bistro with food that looked amazing. We were here for a volleyball tournament at the sports complex, so it was perfect for our family to hang out. The rooms are big and feel luxury. And the bathrooms are huge with a nice big walk in shower. The pool is tiny. The work out room is amazing and big. There were many young baseball teams staying here too. The kids were running around in the lobby and up and down the halls. Which you could hear from our room if they were on our floor or above us. And due to the tiny pool we couldn’t use it because they took over. That was our only real complaint. Overall our stay was great and loved it.

The floors are paper thin so you hear the person on top of you walking around in the morning and night. If you can’t get a top floor, I would not stay here. The Tesla charger spots are not marked so people without a Tesla park in the spots and then you cannot charge your car. The EV chargers are not free also like most places. The location is good but I would stay somewhere else.

Incredible hotel with beautifully designed, modern rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, and everything in the hotel felt brand new. Overall, an amazing experience and great value for the money. Highly recommend!

I have to tell you, this is by far the nicest Courtyard I have stayed at in many years. I normally try not to book into Courtyards because a lot of them are old and outdated, NOT THIS ONE!!!! Amazing room, clean, modern and spacious. Huge surprise. Front desk was friendly and quick with check-in. Bathroom was spotless and very spacious. Did not eat while there (Kwik Star basically in the parking lot) but it looked like a very nice setup. Great stay, looking forward to the next time I pass through. Well done Marriott!!!

This is a new hotel and has all the modern upgrades with the elevator telling you the doors are opening and closing etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff friend in the evening , the morning guy seemed a lilted short when you asked him a question. Maybe it just the way he is . We did not eat there so no comments on the food . There was a Panera down the street so we stop there for breakfast and coffee on our way out of town. The hotel is very clean and the room was quiet and nice . It is a place I would still again at if in the area. There is a Sam club near by where we stopped for gas.

Repeat customers at this new(er) Courtyard. Facilities are being maintained and management/ staff is friendly and helpful. Central location. Highly recommend when in the Quad Cities. Cost is reasonable. Marriott status is recognized.

First time staying. Only been open a few months. LOVE the new Courtyard design. Great common area. Nice upgraded materials in the rooms. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Microwave and fridge in the room. They take good care of Bonvoy members. Will stay again!

This Courtyard has been open since December 2023 and has a smart new look. Attractive, expansive lobby and bar area, collaboration room, lovely outdoor patio. Room was not large, but was spotlessly clean with a sofa and a comfortable desk and chair for on the road work. Service was top notch … front desk and bar staff were exceptional. Jazmin at the bar was terrific … a credit to the hotel; after just a couple days I know that if I were hiring for a customer facing role in Bettendorf, I’d hire her.
