Pillows not great room temperature hard to control Pet friendly great, rate for pet should be in price when booked with pet.

We were visiting family and needed a place to stay for two nights in the area. We thought the price represented a good value and booked it the same day through Hotels/com.. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was great and looked to help our every need.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and when we got up to our room we got a king size bed. I was just thankful to have a bed to sleep in but my son is autistic and he wasn’t happy that he didn’t have his own bed. And the lady at the desk wasn’t very helpful or friendly but maybe she was tired. The other times we have stayed here it was good. But if I have to pay a lot for a nights stay I expect to at least get what I reserved and wanted

Great location. Restaurants next door. Sadly, the tub in my room flooded every day. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast. Specifically the eggs. They are clearly powdered eggs. A spoon of their scrambled eggs feels like a spoonful of sand. I thought I would never encounter powdered eggs after my military career.

The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. I would Definity stay there again.

I had a great experience both with the hotel, and ********** with helping me with a mix up of dates. I am a solo female traveler with just my dog with me & I thought I was going to completely be in out of luck with me mixing the dates up. The girl at the front desk as well as the ********** rep helped me have a place to stay for the night. I wish I would have gotten the girls name; but she was super friendly and accommodating. On top of all of that, the hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great! Thank you for everything!

Front desk unprofessional and inexperienced told us to go to another hotel just because they could not locate a third party reservation. Even though a notice was posted regarding renovations on the second floor first impression as you get out of the elevator was we entered a drug house. My room 230 TV did not work to avoid using the elevator we used the steps found two large areas of dog poop had the kids jumping over it. Would not stay here again

My room was not very clean, it was dingy looking, just “OK“ more of a problem though was that I was on the far right side of the building, which is right next to the freeway, and it was loud all night long! I have been put next to freeways before it hotels and it was not this loud so the soundproofing must be poor! Also, I had a baby across the hall from me who cried all through the night waking me up over and over and over again! I was only in town to visit my father with dementia at Memory Care so I really needed to be up early and calm and ready to go. That did NOT happen. This was not a pleasant experience and I do not plan on staying here again.

They were doing construction and hallway was blocked, filthy, noisy and unsafe. Workers were loud and were playing with their walkie talkie radios in the hallway and used up all the luggage carts for their tools and equipment. No creamer for coffee in lobby that didn’t have flavor in it. People with diabetes can’t have that. Breakfast “sausage” was seriously dried out and over cooked. There was no art in my room, no garbage cans and no DoNotDistub sign for the door. Three days of hell here. I will never EVER stay at a Marriott hotel again. My last morning they started knocking on my door at 7 am to replace a chair and to get me out of the room. Seriously knocked on my door 18 times before check out time!!!!
