Launceston에서 하룻밤을 보내는 개인 여행자로서 The Star Hotel은 이상적인 선택이었습니다. 중앙에 위치하고 있으며 거리 주차는 찾기 쉬웠으며 다음날 17:30부터 09:00 사이에는 무료였습니다. 방 자체는 작았지만 욕실이 있어 편안했습니다. 친절하고 효율적인 여성 직원은 현지 조언을 도와줄 수 있었고 나중에 저녁 식사를 하기로 결정했을 때 음식과 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 세 사람은 협상해야 할 몇 가지 계단 사례를 보았지만 실제로는 문제가 없었습니다. 이곳은 태즈매니아 여행의 하이라이트였습니다.

숙박을 권장하지 않습니다. 호텔 시설이 낡고 미국 영화 교외의 작은 호텔처럼 보입니다. 창문이 없습니다. 아래층에 레스토랑이 있고 심지어 파티도 매우 시끄럽습니다. 주된 이유는 가격이 저렴하지 않다는 점, 유일한 장점은 버스 환승센터와 가깝다는 것.

Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location. Band on a Friday night, not that loud and finished by 10pm.

Great Pub Hotel Accommodation in Lonny. Reliable and efficient sleeping quarters with ample bed size, ensuite, toiletries and in room entertainment. Pub below the accommodation, restaurants, cafes and attractions all within walking distance.

Below Par. Like walking into a retirement home based on the quality and style of the entertainment. No class here and definitely not that well run as compared with when run by the original owner. Overpriced drinks and food now with below par service to go with it. Look elsewhere.

The only window was on to a corridor - fortunately there was a curtain! The bed was rock hard. You couldn’t have the ceiling fan on unless the light was also on - you could turn the light off for a minute, and then it just came back on! To top it all, there was no hot water. The only saving grace was the friendly and helpful bar staff. Avoid if possible.

Lovely vegetarian dinner. Highly recommend the Eggplant Parmigiana, seasonal veg, creamy mask and Arancini Balls. Excellent friendly service and atmosphere. Enjoyed the live music while eating dinner. Walking distance from our hotel.

This restaurant provided an excellent meal and great service. We were somewhat doubtful about the venue with a large bar area. However, the bartender told us that the dining section would be vey quiet until much later at night. He was correct. The seafood dishes we chose were both delicious, as were the desserts. There was a good choice of wines by the glass at very reasonable prices. The staff were both friendly and professional. Do not be put off by the somewhat functional ambiance. You will enjoy a great meal at this venue.

Very good customer service from all staff , friendly, helpful, happy!! Jack and Belinda were very helpful ! Excellent steak ! Cold beer!! kindly allowed me to park my motorcycle undercover and safe ! Well equipped clean and well presented room ! Well run pub and accommodation!

Took a while to find somewhere open on Easter Saturday Lovely fresh food and delightful staff. A pizza, a caesar salad and four drinks for $61.00. Dinner for two and very tasty. Thank you. Highly recommend if you are in Launceston. Great atmosphere with a lovely fireplace.
